Paolo Nutini is a soul-influenced alternative singer-songwriter from Paisley, Scotland. Raised in a music-loving family, he grew up listening to a range of folk, opera, jazz, and his father's R&B favourites. Nutini's debut album, These Streets, released in 2006 achieved double-platinum status and sent the four singles 'Last Request', 'Jenny Don't Be Hasty', 'Rewind' and 'New Shoes' into the Top 40. His catalogue also boasts the 2009 Ivor Novello winning album 'Sunny Side Up' as well as 2014 album 'Caustic Love' which produced the hit singles 'Candy', 'Pencil Full of Lead', 'Scream (Funk My Life Up), 'Let Me Down Easy' and 'Iron Sky'.

    • Can you imagine back in 2006 getting tickets for the lead mill sheffield for £5 to see him, and on that very day he was told he'd just gone straight in to the uk top 10 at number 5, they got proper loose!     • Can't thumbs up this enough. I hope Paolo sees your comment. I have seen the dark side of where cigarettes lead and it's not pretty. I won't go into details, it's just not pretty, believe me. I have seen the suffering and death it leads to with my own eyes, that's why I don't smoke anymore. But I get it that if someone hasn't seen that for themselves that it can be harder to give it up. If I hadn't seen what I've seen I would probably still be smoking cigarettes myself.
