Whipped Caramel: SHOCKING! You have to try to believe it!

Did you know you could make whipped caramel? It's so simple and so good! Of course, don't overdo it because it's still caramel, but how delicious!! To garnish a cake, pancake, muffins or add to a banana split, a hot drink, a pie shell, etc... Go for it! Good tasting !
Ingredients :
250g sugar
65g semi-salted butter
200 ml liquid cream 30% minimum fat/whipped cream
1 - You can also use unsalted butter.
2 - It is important to cool the caramel before whipping it (I do it twice, once in the fridge and then in the freezer), to obtain a perfect whipped caramel.

    • если бы я ела только то, к чему меня призывает голос моей зависимости, то моё питание бы основывалось исключительно на пиццах, красной икре, поджаренном на сливочном масле хлебе, жирных колбасках, пирожных с кремом и изюме в шоколаде.
