  • Correct me if I'm wrong but I imagine why they're going after Binance and Coinbase is because they're basically becoming banks in of themselves. Crypto is supposed to be decentralized, but these institutions are centralizing it and are by default becoming like crypto banks. The dollar is not going anywhere anytime soon and most likely will increase in value as severe recession hits. Btc is the way of the future, and investing in it will be the smartest decision you can do, especially with its present Price.

  • I saw Robert on stage in the mid 90's. I decided to purchase a house at the bottom of the market in a very affluent neighborhood for dirt cheep and rent all the rooms out. I paid 135k and now it's worth about 4 million. I decided to live a very simple life by not going out and driving a cheep vehicle which saved me a lot of money and I was able to eat very healthy. I was able to pay extra on the loan, invest in physical gold and silver and also save up for another down payment on property which was an eightplex. The gold and silver was my savings plan. All my money went into physical metals and income producing property. On the day of the dip in March or May of 2020 I traded all my gold for silver when the gold to silver ratio hit 125 to 1. I started out being a carpenter and ten years later I was set for life and had paid off my first place.

Then out of nowhere 2008 happened, and I lost 50% of my savings in a very short period. That prompted me to hire a F.A.     • I feel for you. Newbies must realize that the market comes with lots of risks and you could potentially lose all. Secondly, what works for A must not necessarily work for B. Always make correct inquiries before putting your money somewhere or better still, get the services of an expert (that way, you give little room for error and get tailored investments). Made my first million earlier this year this way. Good luck!

  • I've been around for more than 1/2 century and I have seen my share of stock market contractions. Saw the birth of video gaming, and the birth of the internet, to name a few. Now, I get to witness the birth of blockchain and Crypto, and I can personally attest that Crypto is a completely different beast from the US stock market. 100% agree that there should be a guarded approach to crypto investing. You may not win hearts and minds of everyone, but you have and are earning respect for telling the truth and trying to help others to look out for themselves. I'm super picky who I listen too for crypto analysis..   • Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.

    • Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

    • I completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off.   • I consume a conspicuous amount of content on KZhead and i must say The Rich Dad Channel is my favorite, Since watching this video I have really put the pedal to the floor on retirement savings this past year......set my automatic withdrawals for 2023 to max my 401k and ROTH IRA accounts. I make under $150k a year.....paid off our vehicle and my wife is babysitting 1 child from church which has helped me pull the trigger to max everything out.

  • I would really like to thank you for changing the way I see things now. I found your book Rich Dad Poor Dad and for some reason read it from cover to cover in one day. (The only other books I have ever read are Harry Potter.) I have worked for my company for 28 years now. Your book told me what my brain already knew. That no matter how hard I work, in the end the company is going to give me a nice cake, shake my hand, and thank god they can give my job to a younger less payed employee. If fact they will even pay me for the full 8 hour day, even if I choose to leave early. Thanks to you I am now looking for ways to add to my assets and already playing your game with my kids.

  • My plan is i just locked in new 5 year mortgages at 4.9% and i still have cash flow on rental properties with rents and property values still going up in alberta. Prices here already declined from 2014 to 2020 and houses cost 1/3 of toronto. I grew up in ontario and i left because property was stupid overpriced. I paid down most of a mortgage when rates were low. That unit is immune to intetest rate hikes and its just a beast now.

  • Here in Philippines Yeah government intervention is the reason people becomes weak. When I gone to school on college I work as a part time 8hours a day duty after duty gone to school for years. Then the very important on those experience is that it opens your mind. After school I say to myself "wait we're this habit go?" Then today they are helping the students too much that it blinded them to see the real world, when you help too much on people if they encounter problems such on financial you only make them weak they can't stand. They don't even see the happening around them. Tough times really creat strong man within you..
