The best advice for entrepreneurs to build their business - Robert Kiyosaki, Vic Keller

2023 ж. 20 Сәу.

Are you an entrepreneur or small business owner wondering how to survive a bad economy? Look no further than the advice of Vic Keller, a serial entrepreneur and private equity expert. In a recent episode of the Rich Dad Radio Show, Keller shared his insights on how to prepare for and navigate difficult times.
One key takeaway? Be both a pessimist and an optimist. While it's important to be realistic about the challenges ahead, it's equally crucial to seize opportunities when they arise. Keller also stressed the importance of focusing on efficiency and protecting margins, as well as retaining and serving your customers through increased marketing and promotion.
But perhaps the most important factor in building a successful business? People. Keller emphasized the need for a talented and passionate team, and advised entrepreneurs to surround themselves with tenacious, ferocious learners who understand the economy. He also stressed the importance of treating employees as partners, rather than just employees.
So, whether you're just starting out or trying to weather a storm, remember these key lessons: be adaptable, customer-focused, and efficient; stay true to your principles and mission; and surround yourself with the right people. And don't forget to stay legal, ethical, and moral in your business practices. With these tips in mind, you'll be better equipped to survive and thrive in tough times.
-----
Please read carefully.
This is not financial advice.
You may be asking, “What does that mean?”
Let me explain…
Do not just do what I, my team, or my guest say. That would be stupid and irresponsible. Take the education, then use your brain and make your own decisions.
YOU must take responsibility for your future and your success. That is why you are here. Neither I, my team, nor my guests, know your risk levels, prior education, emotional maturity, or how much money you can afford to lose.
We are only telling you what we believe to be smart moves. But you must decide for yourself. There are NEVER guarantees.
Also, understand that we are REAL teachers. We practice what we preach. With that in mind, we often invest in the very projects that may be mentioned on this show. While it is never our intent, we could possibly profit from others investing in our recommendations.
Take the education we provide but then determine your own actions. If it does not make sense to you, get more education before you invest. We will continue to provide education and there will always be more opportunities.

  • Recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

    • Without a doubt, the Fed is to blame for the exceptional catch-up measures currently in place since they were initially too slow to control inflation. The outbreak, supply-chain issues, and the state of Ukraine are all contributing reasons to the impending perfect storm. Not to mention the steep rise in housing costs, another aspect that makes it difficult for the Fed to keep inflation under control. In conclusion, if you have the money, remove it quickly away to take advantage of the high savings rate.

How often do you meet a "down to earth" wealthy person? After hearing his philosophies, I see why he is successful. He genuinely cares about people. It lines up with my mantra that people are more important than things. I was blown away towards the end when Robert asked if Vic's number can be given out. Like his experience, I have been seeking for a mentor to help me get started but these days, you have to pay thousands of dollars to get coaching. • Enjoy your freedom while we still have it… We imagine the world as human being, and human learn by imitation. We copy each other to learn… a teacher in a class room and you watch the subject to learn. Machines on the other hand… they can copy and imitate but they are all connected. What one machine learns it can pass out the information to 100,000’s other machines. Here’s an example… my Telsa has enough AI built into it, that it can see a pothole. The next time it drives though it, it applies the brake to slow down. New Telsa with adaptive suspension can actually change the suspension to anticipate the pothole. The result as very smooth ride. What’s it unique with AI, it can transmit the information about that pothole to all the millions of Telsa in the world in seconds Now every Telsa in the world knows about that pothole. Now, if that not scary, imagine the CHATGPT AI that can grow exponentially. It will soon know more about the Human Conditioning than anyone on year. Not only that, because it’s all interconnected, it’s every where from your TV, your I-phone, your Telsa car…. Enjoy your freedom while we still have it… Good Luck Oh I forgot, how long will be before all the AI controls all our money through the world… now you know why we are moving to digital currency.

  • I hold high respect for your work mate because you're pointing people in the right direction. If there's one thing I've learned recently is to remain calm especially when it comes to investing in Cryptocurrency. If Bitcoin can sustain these recent highs, it means we're getting a period of some relief rallies across, markets would be good. The crypto market is unstable and you can't easily tell if it's going bullish or bearish. While myself and colleagues are trading without fear of making losses but profits, others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, well It all depends on the pattern you follow. I was able to make a lot of profits 27 BTC! when i started at 8 BTC by implementing daily trade signals and strategy from Andrew Martins

Bottom line, there's always depression for some, and profits for others. it all starts with having the right mindset. That said, I've set aside $265k for future, unfortunately I'm a complete noob.

      @alexyoung3126@alexyoung3126 Жыл бұрын
    • Well agreed, that’s the more reason I prefer my day to day mkt decisions being guided by a invite coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short term, at the same time laying off risk as a hedge against inevitable downturns, coupled with the exclusive information and analysis they get, it’s near impossible to not out perform. I’ve been using a coach for over 3 years and my portfolio has yielded from initial $500k to a ballpark estimate of $1.85m as of today.

  • A trick to tire pressure is put a 1/4 can of fix a flat in each tire and you won't lose pressure over time. It seals everything up on the inside. And yes the inside of your wheels will be a bit messy when you get new tires. But they held pressure for the life of the tires.
