No, Woody only meant to knock Buzz under the desk, the window was an accident. Al didn't rip Woody's arm when he stole him, Andy accidentally did that when the play got a little too rough, Woody's arm was ready to come off at any moment anyway. You forgot that Forkey tried to commit suicide, at least 4-5 times through the majority of TS 4 by nearly throwing himself into the trash.

Mistake 4: 14:24 Blank states that once again, this is not kidnapping. Mistake 5: 20:45 Blank states that you could charge this with Arson. This is considered a mistake because it wasn't charged. Mistake 6: 13:18 I want to state that you could charge Stinky Pete (Prospector) with Coercion, because he was forcing Woody to get in the box, otherwise he'd disassemble Woody. Big Baby’s attempted murder charge can be lifted to the second degree because he didn’t plan it beforehand. Also, Lotso’s henchmen could be charged with gambling, and also for both mutilation and coercion because they broke the phone to get information about the toys’ whereabouts. (Yes, I know that gambling isn’t illegal by every means in California, but it’s certainly not legal on every level; the only states where it’s not illegal are Nevada and Louisiana, while the only two where it’s fully illegal are Utah and Hawaii.)

Stinky Pete threatening to chop Woody into more pieces could also count as second-degree attempted murder.

I think these payment punishments would be a little hard for the toys because they would have to probably have to commit theft to get The money or just get a job but that would consider being alive when people are looking but where in the toy story universe would those exists and as for sid and Bonnie their parents would have to take the rap for them Soo this criminal actions count is technically meaningless.but the nevertheless still a great video chuckles like mr potato head.

Woody does not deserve to be charged for his wrong doing. He is a hero, deserves better and should not be charged under any circumstances. Those charges against Woody and your concept of law are stupid.
