For Chick Hicks. The “THATS JUST RACING BABY” can be changed to assault. He caused two crashes! The mega one at the start of Cars, then one as an attack on King
in Nascar (which is basically what cars' racing scenes are based on), this behaviour would likely get the driver punished and fined, but not in a legal manner. though criminal charges can be brought against him, in the first instance, it could be seen as intentional and accidental so the worst he'd get would actually be disqualification from the tie breaker race. In the tie breaker race however, criminal charges are possible, but chances are it would just get him banned from racing permanently

Well, i think Ming Lee actually HAD a lawsuit on her ass for destroying that stadium. I mean, at the end of the movie it was seen that the family was about to gather 100.000.000 dollar so that is surely the cost of rebuilding the Skydome.

I'm surprised that for The Incredibles villains you did not factor in the Lego game. As in that one you can actually take part in crime waves for The Underminer, Screenslaver, Bomb Voyage and Syndrome.
Auto’s case has me conflicted. Granted, yes he is indeed acting upon these actions of his own, but then again he is a machine that was programmed to follow orders and all protocols implanted into him by his manufacturer. Plus I can’t recall him directly attacking any of the humans, so he is also obeying the 3 laws of robotics. Yes, the Captain gave him orders to stand down, but Auto was also given orders by the CEO of Buy ‘N Large, who owned the Axiom and by proxy hired the Captain. Therefore the CEO’s order to not return to Earth with Order A113 overrules any order given by the Captain that would not pertain to following said Order. Unless I’m missing something aside from the fact that clearly this video is made just for fun and I shouldn’t have to delve in this deep. lol 😅 Edit: I forgot that Auto does in fact whip out his taser and charges at the Captain with intent to use it on him. So yeah this would omit the “Following 3 Laws of Robotics” statement I mentioned. But then again he could just be doing this so as to continue following the orders given by the CEO. 🤷♂️

One quick question for someone more versed in the art of laws. In Zurgs last case of Assault as the final clip at 30:00. Does that really count as assault? The impact was due to the recoil of the explosion that Buzz himself caused, and he understood that it would blow up, so it shouldn’t be assault under Zurgs name as it wasn’t technically his fault for the impact.

Honestly, the recorded message that Syndrome sent should've been programmed to wipe its own memory and make it irretrieveable, because I'm sure that computers can be programmed to do so with the right codes. Edit: honestly, this video got me thinking, what if the protagonist in the book I'm writing got charged for her crimes? She's a vampire, but still, multiple accounts of coersion (via her hypnotic powers), assault (biting people for their blood), poaching (feeding off of rabbits), larceny (stealing blood from blood banks), and breaking/entering (sneaking into blood banks to steal blood).
