In this lengthy 9-minute featurette focusing on the sound and music work of The Dark Knight Rises, composer Hans Zimmer and supervising sound editor and designer Richard King discuss Bane's voice, The Bat, the "deshi basara" chant and more!
The entire production , music, acting, narrative, and film is just incredible. I've never seen anything better, apart from their other masterpiece, The Dark Knight.
Objective fact
As well as Batman begins
Gladiator?
Zimmer and Nolan are like Spielberg and Williams. Pure magic!
‘Like’ is incorrect. They are both very good, but they have very distinct styles, and should not be compared.
@@theriddler482 you’re wrong
@@theriddler482 bro he is talking about realtionship between them
"The problem now is, what do I have to look forward to?"

Must be nice to achieve one's dreams in their work.
Hans is an absolute LEGEND.
Wow, love Hans!! Sooo much appreciation! :)
When Hans was talking about living in Germany and about his dream being made fun of I actually said "aww honey" out loud. Now he really is living his dream!
That’s how it works! First you need to see it in your mind. Nice Division Bell pp btw 😸

His own sound is dope.. :p
Growl is so dope
It made the batwing sound so menacing and futuristic, yet simultaneously making it sound extremely primal
Why can’t this be 5 hours
Seriously there needs to be a whole movie about Hans Zimmer’s work.
4:31 Reverse Flash reference
8:26 the amazing Spider-Man 2 baby!!!!!
I love all sound design and music, just one think couldn't understand why the voice of the guy in the mask was mixed around 6db louder than others actors.. I was watching the movie quite loud and when he was talking every single time I had to turn volume down.. Strange mixing decision..
Maybe just to symbolize his dominance
BAT MOAN!

Deshi deshi basara basara!!!!!!!
Anand Baburajan with that state of mind, you wouldn't understand. And if you expect this video showing the how it was made part, shouldn't 9 minutes be a bit short?
OMG I hate Hans Zimmer . Williams is the best
Shut up williams is the worst.
@@poojachandra6249 Yeah, that is why Zimmer just uses sound libraries in pro tools and does not write scores, but Williams does. So shut up...
@Vladimir Putin I do not like you as well Vladimer Vladimerovich :D
@Vladimir Putin the sed fact is that score writing is worth more then just using pro tools and sound libraries...
@Vladimir Putin I am 16. years old, that is why yet unknown. Secondly, if will be the same if I say that "I don't care if chef adds shit in my meal, if it tastes good, I'm okay with that" The only thing I'm saying is that, everyone can use samples and write music in app, but not everybody can do in on paper :D That is the difference between score film composers. And yeah, WIlliams has more respect then Zimmer. I'm saying it, cuz I work at WB. Have a great day
