Thank you for this message. I have been dealing with this from all of my family and friends and now ex partner. I actually believe it to be a safer path by being an entrepreneur because I have always made more money and had more fulfillment. However, everyone around me treats me like there's something wrong with me and tries to "help" me find a "real job." I am so sick of everyone's advice. I didn't ask for their advice. And when I asked another entrepreneur about my newest idea for how to make my business more passive income so I can retire early, he began suggesting I go get a job at McDonald's....? I would have expected a fellow entrepreneur to have a similar mindset but sadly that's not the case in my experience. Everyone has different wants, hopes, and dreams and it is best to look internally for your own guidance. I have had to distance myself from my friends and family in order to pursue my dreams because I couldn't find a way to stop the unwanted advice. Perhaps with these new tools, I can quickly mentally dismiss the unwanted advice as it comes in rather than distance myself from others. Thank you!

I’ve had some great ideas over the years and I’ve been foolish enough to let other people criticise them and i then have become disillusioned, and unfortunately the biggest culprits have been people close to me ,so to here your mum had this kind of comment doesn’t surprise me, I’ve continued with my dreams/goals irrespective of others BUT it took me along time not to give a dam and I’ve lost many valuable years to become strong and confident enough to rise above the critical hordes, so thank you for your message
