Use this 20 minute full body energizing Yoga flow to get your body feeling strong and loose. This is a great workout for your arms, abs, shoulders, butt and legs. All levels are encouraged to participate.
Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you. Thanks for being here with me and enjoy!
