The fact their is a stigma within the weightlifting community that a person that may or may not looked ripped can be so strong, powerful and graceful is an amazing message. Huh? have you ever been to a gym? Maybe it's a regional thing, but spending 10 minutes in any gym you will easily be able to see that size =/= strength, not always at least. I would be hard pressed to find anyone that lifts weights that doesn't know this

Every time I'm struggling with something, I say "you can do" in Anatoly voice and then follow it up with his giggle. Productivity has increased 100 percent

His strength is unreal . I’m recovering from an soft tissue injury to my arm nearly 9 months ago from working a trencher . I may need surgery . I can’t believe this guy throws around weight like he does , with the build that he has , and seems to be in such fine tuned conditioning that he doesn’t seem to injure himself . Very impressive on so many levels .

Everyone gets there signs in different ways. I learned about powerbuilding in a muscle & fitness magazine. Shit got me so big and strong, at the same time, from a skinny ass kid sooo quickly. Its not 225, its 40kg, aka 90lbs. Its an influencer gym, where plates that looks like 25kg weighs 10kg. All of his videos where there are a lot of plates, its 10kg each.
