    • I have watched Boho Beautiful and practiced along since 2017. It has helped me tremendously with my posture and pain relief till the point that I no longer needed to go to the chiropractors. This is still the only Yoga channel I go back to year after year, day after day... and have converted many friends to practice Yoga with Julianna.

    • Nice video, guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.

  • I recommend this stretch to calm down the hyperarousal afterglow of a disturbing chaotic or a high energy level day. Since it´s just 10 min it´s also a bless for during the day when you realize your mind really gets overstressed or mind and body so overwhelmed that you have to take one or two steps back.
