    • Bruce Lee was a destructive force and he perished because he thought dragon energy means only health. Chinese culture regards itself as very deep and intrinsically complex but I rather regarded it as a bunch of books stacks one onto another where in are only documented partiality a tiny percent of Indian culture source. The cheap values boosted by Hollywood of showing off unknowingly only can provide dangers that will unfold into a chaotic lifestyle. Bruce Lee felt in love with American culture and how they reciprocated with him about his art martial skills but nobody was there to mention to Bruce Lee "you are doing something very wrong onto yourself..."

  • Manipura (or Manipuraka), is the 3rd chakra. It is the maintenance center of the body. In the human system, this is the only place where all the seventy two thousand nadis meet and redistribute themselves. This makes Manipuara chakra more mobile than other chakras. The ability to move manipura give you a different kind of power. Far Eastern martial art styles make use of this, and move manipura in many different ways.

    • The three inch punch is focusing you whole body into one powerful strike upon one small area of your opponent. It uses centrifugal force and kinetic energy in this technique to create a great amount of force with little to no energy from the user. The punch starts from the feet and travels trough out the body before focusing it into a punch crating a powerful kinetic strike , Much like when you crack a whip. However I believe this would upset the balance of all chakras since you have to force energy through out all of them to accomplish this feat. And if you would like me to demonstrate this technique for you it would be my pleasure.

    • If you block what comes, you don't look at their hands as you block. You look at their eyes, because that gives you a better all round vision of what's coming, and what your going to hit. Or another way to look at it, when he points to moon, the student looks at finger, he not focused on the moon.
