    • "Perception", understanding that ones idea of their situation, is based solely on their "Thought Program" aka "Subconscious Thought Program", which is largely built from the birth to age appx 7, and forward, learned ideas through our home and environment, parents, family, friends, school, church, community. These are variable filled with Thoughts and Beliefs which can be sorted into 2 groups: Positive Thought Energies, associated with the Higher Mind, aka Mature Mind, Love, Joy, Creative, Optimism, Laughter, Compassion, Inspirations, Wellbeing, Harmony, Peace, etc, it is where Wisdom resides. Negative Thought Energies, the Lower Mind, aka Ego Mind, aka Adolescent Mind, fear, prejudice, Judgemental, envy, jealousy, insecurities, anxieties, and states if depression are associated with these thought energies. (Depression is largely a state of fear induced, Lackings: lack of balanced self love, self worth, self confidence, self esteem, etc.) Gaining the indepth Comprehension of the defined meanings of the "Universal Law of Attraction", realizing that Our Thoughts are energy, and our feelings are enhances concentrated energies, reinforced by Beliefs, which are vibrating, and together these set our Vibrational Frequency. This Frequency degree attracts like Energies Frequency and that is what we experience as our reality. Understanding the we each are Souls, in a Human Vessel, experience a Life Journey with the 5 Senses. When this Perspective is considered, we can clearly see the "Universal Law of Attraction" as a key, one that defines the Universe, the Divine Design, and that once known, it's as if "We have been given the key, with which to Create, to affect more Positive Experiences for ourself and thus affecting a more Positive Experience for our Collective. We are able to more fully realize our truer Value, our Soul is Energy, and energy is Eternal. When we release the inaccurate Learned Fears, we are Free, we are Creating a far more positive delicious feeling experience. It is necessary to Reprogram our Thoughts Program. Reference: Dr Bruce Lipton, "Reprogramming the Subconscious Thought Program", see his website for various ways including: Affirmations, Tapping, Meditation Meditation for just 15 minutes daily Absolutely beings results, Wellbeing, a Harmony/Balance in our state of mind, emotions, and overall experience of life. Establish a habit of being "Conscious in Thought" (present in the Now) + Applying Higher Mind. This is easily done in 90 - 120 days. Remain realized in the value of this and, with feelings of ease, you will feel the unfolding from the darker gloom into the Light of your True You. It is a matter of: Choice Best Thoughts ... • I am a new person. I overthink a lot , while having depression and anxiety. But I always look for the good, even when I’m so fogged I can’t see straight. I have watched many stoic videos, meditated almost everyday. But I lose focus, I get caught in personal adversities. I can go from thinking I’m unstoppable to thinking I’m nothing at all. But through it all, I search for clarity. Not to stop these thoughts, but to understand them and why I feel this way so I can overcome them humbly. I will not hate myself for feeling them, they are a part of me. I want to prove to those thoughts we are better than that, and we deserve to be happy.

  • The message of embracing adversity as an opportunity for growth truly resonated with me. Marcus Aurelius' insight on viewing obstacles as pathways to personal development is both empowering and enlightening. By reframing challenges and seeking support when needed, we can not only overcome adversity but also emerge stronger and more resilient.

  • I am a New Person from this Video that way, I Know that I’ve Been to Improve My Life . And I’m so grateful for watching it because, I am so Depressed for long decades and I don’t know what I’m doing for myself anymore because of my Family hurts me so much. Almost 36 years in Japan and I always supported their needs and I forgot to Prioritize myself first to make happy life on my own.
