Just done this after day 3 of your 2020 7 days of sweat challenge. I just about kept up lol but it is a new work out and I had to try it out. I feel I'm ready for more advanced stuff now because I really want to push my body and get fitter Please keep the new work outs coming because I'm always up for trying new things
