If that happen thiem would maybe have 1 or 2 Rolland against nadal or maybe win the 2020 final against novak in AO
If that were the case then fitness would never be a part of the overall equation. Medvedev is a fine player but he simply has to figure out how to adjust his tactics to be able to get through the earlier rounds in less time/with less wasted energy.
@@Johnnybgood76 I hear you , you make a reasonable point , but of all the sports , tennis is energy sapping no matter how fit you are , most other sports are finished within 1.5hrs . Golfers play for 4hrs but walk , soccer players have a wk to recover, rugby is gruelling but break for at least a wk . Tennis can be 3 or 4hrs with long matches, that's wayy too long , you'd need at least 3 days to recover, I reckon there should be a 3/4 day gap between quatrtes to finals to see the very best of these players but we dont, it's wrong and unfair to guys in their 30s +
