  • When I started climbing we only had a spray wall. Me and a few of my buddies started making our own routes, and I truly think making your own routes on a spray wall is an extremely good way to understand climbing better.

  • I watched this video after watching More Magnus bouldering video. It’s incredible you two could still climb at that level after 7 hours of strength challenges and training. It also explains why you both stumbled here and there. Incredible endurance and strength. Wow.

  • It's insane how Magnus, at his age, probably not spending as much time training as the much younger Adam (who is training for the Olympics), can still be very much in the same ballpark, keeping up. That's just mind boggling to me, the longevity of such a high level.

    • Magnus is 4 years older than Adam, and 35 is not really that old for endurance/strength sports, especially outside of the professional circuit. I bet he'll be very strong for quite a while!
