The building looks fantastic, but remember you need to insulate it. You don't need your water pump to freeze.

Jason, as well as the powered pump, have a hand cranked pump fitted as well. Also, if you do get filters fitted. Install a filter bypass to use for pond filling, watering plants etc. keep the filtered water for your living quarters.

You should insulate the water house so nothing will freeze 🥶
Good job BUT you've made one bug mistake you put wood directly onto concrete big no no you should have put some kind barrier between the wood and concrete even if it just a piece of polythene, plastic, concrete attracts moisture would will suck the moisture from the concrete 2 or 3 years the word will rot I made the same mistake on my shed how to take it down and rebuild it. But it looks good. 🏴🏴🇬🇧
I guess he can go in , unbolt it, pry it up a half inch on all sides and slide in the sealer and let it back down,.

I’m always impressed, Jason when you start building ….. your talent just jumps in gear, measuring, framing, the process all in your brain..step by step! Danielle always there as an assistant. Y’all make it look so easy. I wish I could do that. I’m a senior and love gardening,but now do a little in a tall wooden box, but need another standing box now. My daughter’s husband could build it, but … it’s an effort. Great work, you two!

I think it looks good and if you need to insulate it you can buy the rigid foam which you can get in 4x8 sheets and even put a plug in on the inside for a small heater with temp. control if you get a really cold night.
I absolutely love the new Well/Pump house! I truly admire how you both work together, actually designing and building your structures! I like the stain color, keep in mind that over time it will fade from heat and sun and weather. My cedar fence was stained dark walnut back a couple of years ago, it’s now what looks to be cedar color and could use a re-stain. Looking forward to seeing y’all’s continued progress!
