    • Any heavyweight with even half decent footwork beats 90% of the division today, all modern heavyweights are just slow and fat and repeatedly lean on each other and do nothing. Look at how all the top heavyweights have fast footwork, wilder has fast feet and hands, fury does, AJ does, and usyk is literally a blown up cruiserweight and he’s abt to become undisputed off footwork alone 😂 guys like Ali, Larry Holmes and Lennox Lewis would dominate modern era

    • He's right though. Ali is 'the greatest' because of the entertainment he brought, but he wasn't all that. His genius strategy for beating Foreman was to get his ass kicked until Foreman got tired. Don't actually skillfully evade, no, just get beat up until the other guy gets tired of mauling you. THAT'S supposed to be the best boxer ever. Sorry, but that's bullshit.

  • Alis head movement in that fight was terrible, but Frazier's was great, and both of them had incredible accuracy, speed, combos, and shot placement. Compare Ali Frazier 1 to a modern heavyweight fight. Unless its Usyk, both of those guys' technique was significantly better. They weren't throwing full power on most shots either. They looked like they were going for volume. Also you gotta watch the fantom punch in slow mo. Its nasty. McGregor has KOed people with similar shots and nobody bats an eye.

I don’t want to argue anymore, but steroid use should be completely removed from UFC, fighters should face heavy penalties instead getting 1/2 year suspensions. If they make stricter enforcements steroid use will be gone for good from this sport, until then this will always be con for MMA

  • I dont get this i mean yeah boxing has its problems but every combat sports does oh noo th judges in boxing are corrupt! Like the ufc judges arent corrupt, boxing is boring! Mma is boring by that same logic no one wats to see boxers clinch for whole fight but no one also wants to see a guy hold someone down in the canvas and do no work,i can say mma is more entertaining personally but other then that the problems boxing has are th sam as any combat sport corruption,PEDS, inflated undefeated records, undesrved title shots, clear favortism but the top boxers make way more money then the top ufc fighters even connor the golden child biggest pay day was in boxing. Boxing isnt dead and its not gonna be dead fo a while. I love the mma and ufc but why do so many of mmma fans wanna drag boxing so much? Does it make them feel better that theyre prefered sport is somehow infallible and great when compared to boxing? Just watch whatever u want stop listening to guys like guru about boxing if u enjoy it then watch it and u like mma pro tip dont watch the ufc Watch ONE championship.

    • Because mma got popular off the idea that it was just two random guys fighting in a back alley, very dog fightey and gladiator like, but it never got popular for skill or technique. So mma fans call everything that isn’t a bloody death match in a cage boring because they can’t understand what’s going on in sports like boxing, Muay Thai, or kickboxing, so they just write off everything else and just label it boring and stick to mma instead
