Today we are going to DREAM together! Welcome aboard Palmer Johnson "DB9" - she was built in 2010 and refitted in 2019. She is SUPER FAST, one of the largest in its class of SPORT SuperYacht ever built. She is an ultimate Luxury Charter Yacht which would wow anyone when it rolls into an anchorage. I was very surprised by the contrast of the interior: warm, welcoming, and comfy. Also, the size of the staterooms and ensuites is absolutely mind-blowing! We are also going to show you the crew quarters, a detailed tour of the engine room, chat in the Galley with an amazing Chef, and check out the state-of-the-art machinery on the bow.
She is currently listed for sale for $22,900,000. Enjoy the Tour & the SPECS!😜

As you know, I am not an aft cabin fan, but this vessel has changed my mind. The dressing room and full beam on suite is definitely spot on. You bringing Alexi new ideas for your NBB are probably amusing him. 🤣⛴️ Love all your tours. Merry Christmas All! Remember The Reason for The Season! God Bless ✝️ 🕊️❤️🎄

    • Rick, I grew up in Wisconsin too. Every summer my dad and I visited the PJ yard in Sturgeon Bay. We had a summer home in the area. I was more into sailboats. My uncle was friends with Pat Hagerty who owned PJ in its hay day, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s for aluminum sailboats. He was also a helmsman for Hagerty on his Bay Bea racing boats. So for me it’s so depressing to see it died.

I also like the separation of guest and crew areas, and I bet the crew does, too. Great tour of a great boat. It's fun to imagine this summer home going 32 knots! Merry Christmas and wishing you continued success in the new year.

  • Wow, maybe I am a bit bias being in Wisconsin, but I think this is the most awesome walk through you two have ever done. The features are incredible, and the sleek modern exterior is in contrast with the warm welcoming and comfortable interior. Walking into the living room and dining room and incredible bar with giant TV.. .let the decompression begin, I immediately feel like I am on vacation. Over 9,000 hp and 32 knots!!!! Be sure to wave at the other cruise ships and yachts as you blow by them. 3,200 NM range, wow. 11 crew to pamper 8-12 guests. This is luxury at the highest level. I am now going to watch this entire review again. Great job, I love this yacht.

  • Thanks for the tour. The DB9 was started in Wis, then brought to England but with the labor problems at the time the vessel was finished in Florida hahaha. the vessel was beached on air pillows so to speak. Unfortunatly Tim Mohammed Shut down PJ in the states and now use the nords. DB9 is one only two 52m vessels built to date. If you like this vessel then you will love the Lady M a 64m sport yacht. But she was sized due to Russian owner. :(

  • Happy Holidays to you Victoria and Rico. Impressive Luxury Super Yacht guys. I would Charter this Yacht than own it. Annual operation cost must be over 1 million dollars. Your tour was exceptional as always maintaining such an élite high standard of excellence. We are never disappointed and we continue to be entertained and continuing to learn new things. See you next year or next week. Thank you so very much for sharing. Cheers !!

    • You could always charter it just long enough to pay for the maintenance costs, I know I would. I doubt anyone would live on it 365 days a year anyway. Anyone that has the kind of money to buy this surely has mainland properties to stay at as well.

  • Victoria and Rico, my deepest gratitude for the exceptionally thorough walk-through of the DB9. I liked the video so much that I decided to buy the DB9! Your attention to details, calling out countless small nuances was insightful and instrumental in my purchasing decision. My wife and I are looking forward to putting thousands of hours on the engines. We will take her all around the world from Monaco to Alaska, and everywhere in between. Thanks again, and continue making exceptional content... your videos are fantastic!

  • Loved the presets on the horn, what a simple but cool design. Such a slick boat loved the scandy interior style, will stay current for a long time. Simply faultless design and layout on this ship.

  • A charter on this thing would be fantastic! It's not my dream yacht to own since that one I operate myself, and I can't ever see myself at the helm of this thing, but just to sail on it once would be an amazing experience. And if I win the lottery next week, I know exactly the group of friends I'd like to take along.

  • Beautiful boat so well designed both as a yacht and a vessel! You can tell it was built to Lloyds specs as well as being fantastically designed for its purpose! Don't remember the last time I saw you both quite so obviously impressed with a yacht! Are you going to tell Alexi, the design might be changing again :-)!

  • Loved this video. Considering that I usually don't like the modern/European interiors and prefer the classic Nordhavn style. You find one that I would be comfortable living in full time. Congratulations on a beautiful video again, and Merry Christmas to my favorite yacht tours channel. Nautistyles is the best 🙂
