If that is 1st date... then that is EXTREMLY toxic. And he just bought a shallow girl. He will GUARANTEED never be able to continue on such a high note. And its basicly materialistic things. What counts is Lojalty, VALUES, being there for eachother through ups and downs. Even if he becomes broke, even if she gets cancer or get sick. It is the effort.
