However, your union did not start off in a halal way. When you're meeting a potential, you need a mahram to be present-a brother, father, or other male relative-your sister cannot be your mahram. Nonetheless, may Allah pardon both of you and bless your union with khayr آمين

Your sister is not your mahram, when looking to see a potential spouse, your wali or mahram should be present. May Allah عز وجل put barakah in your marriage, ameen.
Your wali is the man who gives you away, like father, brother or uncle, imam. So the groom to be should contact the wall first when he's interested. But there is nothing wrong with your sister or mother or whoever sitting in on marriage meetings as a chaperone so the two couples are not left alone.
Your sister is not your wali* most definitely your mahram though hahaha
