    • No one knows the exact day hour /But we can see the signs events all around us. And by the timeline, Israel is 80 years and 1 generation span according to bible text will be around 2027 , which israel was declared first in 1947 + 80 years = 2027 . so we know we dont have 10 years left as this is 2022 so the rapture, then the tribulation will be before 2030 for sure. The rapture will happen without a doubt and it will happen much sooner than many believe (less than 10 years according to all the environmental, weather,astronomical signs ,israel timelines etc showing ). It will happen without any warning , not one , in an instant , catching masses of people off guard just like God always does, ie the flood ~ a rude awakening . No one knows the exact day or hour the rapture will happen is a certainty . THE RAPTURE CAN HAPPEN NOW at ANY TIME make no mistake !! . Please awake to Christ Jesus which is the ONLY hope NOW and dont let it be found out it IS all true later when its too late & many have been left behind in the most terrible times the earth Has Ever experienced Before and ever will...for anyone who sees this and doesnt know what to do please If anyone hasnt given their life and heart to Christ Jesus will have REAL BIG problems way bigger than any problems Ever had If left here on earth after the Rapture . After the Rapture The USA , Worldwide , will face More evils , Inner city chaos, firearm wars etc etc ,power & water , food shortages , military invasions,mass executions (yes much blood will be required by antichrist ) etctec than it Has EVER been seen Before and you surely dont want to be Here then . We Have Time NOW to change , please seek Christ Jesus while there is still time to save ! no one knows the day or hour of the rapture it will start out just like any other day and it will Take Place In the day In Broad daylight/sunny day , In an Instant FLASH without ANY warning ,& there will be peoples Driver Ids, cell phones ,wallets found in various parking lots,Purses, bill folds Found at work etc etc with NO explanation , and People VANISHING so No One can refute it has taken place. . romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead thou shall be saved! please share with others =IMPORTANT raptureready.com Information for anyone who has come across those that refute the rapture and say that it was supposedly made up and say it was created by darby church in 1700s . This is real good to show it was way before darby , and its documented . also rapture pre trib proofs even in dead sea scrolls . 15-1700s/ irenaeus 170ad/ 250 ad / /isidore 4th century sourced by intense search and study by ken johnson kzhead.info/sun/mJWHppGwfZuda4E/bejne.html

That tool is a runout gauge, used to check if the work piece is secured in the chuck perfectly in line with the lathes rotation. He lined it up perfect with no adjustment at all first try. Bonkers.

    @benwilson6866@benwilson6866 Жыл бұрын
    • More like horrifying. The "smaller" problem is they work with molten metal and other extremely dangerous material without any protection (like one of them lifts a glowing hot piece of metal over his sandals). In this enviroment, any accident would have horrific results. But the bigger problem is: the end product has no quality control. Suppose you buy such a brake, that maybe looks okay for the untrained eye, but then once when you try to stop, it explodes, because of faulty manufacturing, killing who knows how many people. For their god's sake, there are visible deep potmarks and blemishes from the imperfect casting in a component, that have to stop a multi-ton vehicle 100% percent of the time. Also, no balancing?! They also didn't use a single precision calibration tool (when he used a regular ruler, I bursted into laughter), they didn't check any tolerance limits, didn't do any testing, or even a thorough inspection of the end product. And people wonder, why has Pakistan one of the world's worst road traffic accidents records. The effort maybe commendable, but the end result is catastrophic; it is basicly a serial killer factory. If you want to see, how a real truck drum brake manufacturing facility shoud look like, watch this video: Accuride Corporation Drum Manufacturing Process kzhead.info/sun/ftaooZqjnJypm2g/bejne.html

      @Drag596@Drag596 Жыл бұрын
    • @@Elfnethu I understand all the issues, but you are assuming a lot of stuff from one heavily edited video. Comparing to your linked video, we didn't see any precision calibration tools in that either, nobody measured the diameters etc. See where I'm going with this? We can assume it is all there, but wasn't shown. Thus we can't assume anything based on a video of something, though there are hints that not everything is to modern standards.

    • He lined it up as usual on a 4 jaw chuck: don't move the other two jaws, thus it repeats very accurate just as is when the parts you load into it are roughly the same. And we do see that he did realign the centricity of the part once, so not perfect. World never is.

It can be seen very well that to handle aggressive and harmful powders they use the appropriate safety devices for the airways and suitable gloves. The material recovery department for the foundry is very safe, accident-proof footwear is their priority. The foundry department, on the other hand, is truly the flagship of this factory, here we can see when the incandecsente fluid comes out of the crucible and drips to the ground, the operator wears fireproof gloves, an anti-heat suit and exceptional safety shoes.The turning department uses the most modern technologies, a very modern and technological numerical control lathe is used.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

It kills me to see people working this hard to make a living when they really don't have to. Even with the same equipment and same personnel, this process can still be done so much easier. Happy to help, if asked.

    @kdmellor@kdmellor Жыл бұрын
    • Oh, really? they are ~5 guys doing 60hr weeks, so lets say the whole shop works ~15k hours a year. Where do you want to cut thousands of man hours? They could indeed need some better shoes and a few lifting devices, but the rest is pretty much standard. It is in general the wrong process for mass producing brake drums for a truck production plant, but not for small batch spare parts, there it is on point. They do live from the shops around them buying a limited number of spare parts. Mechanizing the forming process is not doing the trick, that's way to expensive for the very limited production numbers. then you need to build a factory and have a sales department selling bigger numbers regionally or nation wide, but then you also cannot do it in one afternoon so let's just modify their small number shop: Their labour is inexpensive. you need to be able to pay for a better and more efficient sand mixer and distribution system or a crusher for the scrap iron by the savings of labour costs and that will be hard. scrap crushing took a lot of men and time, there could be the biggest possible saving, ramping up productivity. And two special build, flat wheel barrow fitting under the sand mixer. Also they should clean the raw parts with an angle grinder before putting them on the lathe, as the sticking sand dulls the tools rapidly and the burrs take a lot of time to be machined away. they could also need a frequency converter at the lathe to be able to switch between different speeds to safe some time machining the drum hub. But all of that will not safe thousands of man hours.
