  • They are very Hard Workers, be Provided proper PPEs and Uniform to perform such Hard and Harsh Work, as these components are Heavy in weight there should be proper Material Handling Equipment / Tools for Lifting, Conveying and Properly fixing on the Machine, by this efficiency of workers will increase and they will be able to produce more than now also the wastage will be reduced. Their work and Skill is wonderful.

  • The work is hard and the end result is amazing! I feel bad that they work without at least a mask. There is most likely a very high incidence of Silicosis and other lung diseases.

    • Maybe some of them, but the guys turning the stone, not so much, seems to be rather wet, as they use water to cool the stone, and stop 80-90% of the dust. Zero dust will sanding, which produces even worse dust than the cutting. Much much smaller particulates Now the guys cutting with angle grinders, completely what you said

  • Silicosis instantly comes to mind, all hard working men but one would expect the owners supplied the simplest of face masks to protect the lungs of their workers. No wonder most of the heavy pollutant industries of Pakistan only have young men with the occasional elderly gentleman working for them
