    • @@MikeHolton Always believed that burrs like that were caused by mites and the like. But whatever was the cause, it ‘Turned Out’ to be, pardon the pun, a beautiful piece of work.

  • Wow! Mike this is a great video especially because due to you verbalizing your thought processes thru out the entire turn. I really enjoy that connection it gives us to the build. What an amazing elm burl bowl. This elm bowl has such a unique grain pattern, characteristics, and along with the many defects (cracks and holes) making it truly a "One-of-a-Kind" Bowl. Thank you for bringing on this adventure.
