  • Wanting 2 young players with potential plus 3 first round picks for Nylander is crazy! 2 First round picks, NOAH DOBSON AND HORVAT AND ROMANOV for a singular player is completely brain dead to think that would work. The worst part is the Matthews trade was the closest thing to fair. Half of the hurricanes top 6 for Matthews plus a solid d-man. Nobody is ever taking these deals in real life 💀. The smaller trades were more realistic though.

  • the sim hates the leafs i have a franchise mode with new jersey and i just had a season where the top 3 point scorers were matthews nylander and Marner all with 120 plus points a goals for of over 4 and a goals against under 2.5 and they ended up losing to boston in 6 in the eastern conference final.

  • The problem is either way you are doing them a favour. Trade them and they will play elsewhere like a true star, and if you don't trade them, they will play just enough to get by and get paid well. These are the true definition of an elite group of players who know what they are doing in TO, they are the white collars of the working classes. And you expect them to win in the play off, with that kind of attitude?!!! So the solution is: Don't trade them, The fan don't watch or go to the game, Basically boycott them the entirely. Then you will see the attitude from the management down to the cleaners will change immediately.
