One of the better reviews I have seen on this motorcycle. In my 50+ years riding, seen models come and go. My favorite, Yamaha XT500 trail bike a great all rounder and wheel stander just like my father's TS 250. Most of all riding his Heinkel Tourist 103-A1, that was an Adventure scooter, when I was lot younger.
What bike do you currently ride now?
Is KYB suspension more better than WP?

Is there water in the indicator lights in the front? Looks like its not proper sealed
Thanks for the review, my first test ride was unreal, but not the second one on the same bike, So I'm going to wait for the second generation bike to come out here in Australia.
May I know what changed on the 2nd test ride?

The bike I rode the second time had Under 500km..TFT didn't work, switch gear in poor condition, and the fuelling not good. but i believe that fuelling/mapping issue has been fixed in Australia.And it just didn't feel the same. Since then I've tried to ride as manny different bikes all between 500-800cc, And waiting for Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Benelli.I really want the 800MT to be good.
@@justicenotobedience4176 weird, we never had those kind of problems here. Possible that this is an isolated case for the demo bike? did you consider the 800MT Explore Edition?
@@juanicofernandez My test ride was in December22 I had to utube it and the explore come out in Feb23, so no, but now I will. thanks.

Will it come to the USA? Honestly I’d buy a used KTM before I would buy a new bike from a company with no dealer network and ??? Warranty etc. not to diss this bike but if you’re going to clone a KTM it needs to beat the KTM, and why not just get a year or 2 old real deal KTM?
I think CF moto manufacturing that engine for KTM, and cfmoto use ktm engine on there bike under licenses deal with Ktm

You keep on saying KTM shared their engine, CFMoto partnered with KTM so CFMoto got the engine from them etc., but it's the other way around. It was KTM who partnered with CFMoto. Used CFMoto's factory and design, had cfmoto produce all 790 and up ktms.CFMoto not only have the same engine as ktms but uses the same frame as well.

Cf moto has a z650 rs kawasaki clone too, with some minor tweaks here and there, seems like a solid bike. Much rather this though.
not a clone. They actually bought the er6n design and engine (the one with a side rear shocks) from kawasaki. So in essence, it's a rebranded er6n era kawasaki, with kawasaki's blessing.
@@weedbreeder I love that er6n frame design tbh, as cheaper frames go. Hate the motor though.
So is the CFMOTO 800MT better than KTM 790 Adventure?? Well, lets compare what you get for your money, standard, with the CFMoto 800MT here is OZ over the KTM - heated grips, heated seat, quickshifter, steering damper, auxiliary lights, adjustable windscreen, engine bars, pannier racks. cruise control, centre stand, adjustable levers, rear carry rack, full LED lighting, USB outlets.....all this for thousands (yes, like AUD$9,000 less) than a new 890 Adventure, and probably AUD$6,000 less than the 790 if we ever get it!
CFMOTO is bang for buck!
But for sure won't sell as good as the KTM adventure if you want to change it later, i will keep mine i guess😂

At my country, its pricing almost the same with Triumph Tiger Sport 660. And oh boy do I dilemma.....

@@ashraffendy2010 😁😁, This is junk when compared to the build quality of Triumph, we have the CFMOTO 650 parallel twins released way back here in india and those bikes have junk build quality
@@hanu0913 cfmoto 650 here is wayyyy cheaper. The price here more or less is the same as duke 390 / ninja 400. Build quality wise left more to desire

@@juanicofernandez all good, just to be on point. Big like for review! I own MT version and in 2 months I pit down 12000KM and had some problems with the bike😂. All in all it is a good bike and goes like the wind

@@VancedCat problems that I had with shifter was solved with oil change in every 8000 instead of 15000. Now I have some crazy vibrations that started at 9000km and it is crazy
