Material is even but white has a dangerous pawn that will help him win this. The question is how?
This is a puzzle by Genrich Kasparjan and it was published in 1960.

Artistic final checkmate with reduced material!
That's a fantastic collaboration between knight and rook.
Very elegant! I found most of the moves but missed the final Ra6#!
Excellent as always... Thank you, God bless you
Beautiful ending . Nice manipulation
At least I found one entirely!!! Made my day :)
I solved this one but it might be the most challenging one I've ever solved. I even saw the beautiful checkmate in advance. Feeling smart at this moment. I almost gave up.
Beautiful, my friend
I got the first move, but all the computations were too much. Didn't get some of them.
Black can always play for a draw, so white doesn't win
How about R C7 > D7? If I’m correct that would end up in an endgame of Knight + Queen vs Rook. Would that be winning?
Not sure how white can get knight + queen after that? What I see, if white plays Rxd7 black takes on d7 with the bishop, white takes back and black plays Rd8. The pawn will fall next move.
On this display which side of the board is the black staring side and which the white? And remind me in which direction can a pawn take other pieces?
Black always starts at the top and white at the bottom. In the video he always gives arrows to show you which way the pawnshop are going.
Castle a7+ King b3,b4 or b5 Pawn c7 If Castle b7 Castle xb7 Else knight xb8.. ????????
You have to make clear who moves FIRST
Hmm, the video title is "white to move and win", the thumbnail says the same thing and I start the video by saying it's white to move and win. I will try to be more clear next time...
@Chess-strategy sorry, must have missed it. I view these on my Android device without sound at work.
What a brain!..
Ra7 +
Kc4?
It threatens Ra7#.
Black will play Ba6+, followed by dxc6 and it´s a dead draw.
