I wouldn’t spend 130k on a the ultra luxury trim. I’d probably swing for either the premium or luxury trim. You still can option those out and you get 7 seats and more cargo space.
oh yeah I forgot about that F sport trim. I still think the LX needs to be improved. There’s a lot of things I’m a bit disappointed for a 100k SUV. You don’t get a panoramic roof like most of its competitors, the interior still looks outdated compared to its competitors.

The Escalade is seen as the car rappers drive around in (usually people with no taste) who often put on ridiculously large rims to make it look like of something straight out of "Pimp My Ride". Meanwhile, the LX is an executive luxury SUV, with style, finesse and a good reputation, often driven by smart, educated and well mannered people with good taste.

Where is it place?
I am 5ft 11in and my head touched the ceiling when I sat in the driver seat. The salesman was shocked too. If I lower the seat then it gets uncomfortable.
i am over 6 ,3 ft. this car and G class not for me. Infiniti qx80 or Nissan Patrol more comfortable for me

Emissions and fuel economy. Per government regulation. Nothing they can do, sorry. In case you haven't noticed, everyone is swapping V8's for turbo/hybrid V6's and V6's for turbo/hybric I4's.
I don't know why people just scream v8..There are plenty of V8's that suck. This turbo charged V6 has more power and better fuel economy. The truck is super fast.
@@Naginc It also has more complexity, more stress, more things that can go wrong, more vibration, less refinement, less linear power delivery, etc. There's more to a vehicle than horsepower and full throttle acceleration numbers. There's no replacement for displacement.... except maybe full electric.
The Ultra Luxury trim is pointless unless you have a full-time chauffeur and you don't need to transport your family around.

The legroom is not good for a vehicle that costs 130k, but it’s a Lexus, so you’ll be getting reliability at least.
With the new motor and all the new(ish) tech, even the reliability is now questionable.
@@MikeKayK Probably, but they should have used the v8 still. If you’re paying for a 130k vehicle, gas mileage won’t matter. Maybe they should’ve switched to the v6 in a few years because of emissions.

@@DarthV4d3r Time will tell how reliable it is long term. It may turn out to be acceptable but there's certainly zero chance of it being anywhere near as reliable as the old school, overbuilt, low tech V8s.

Look at it. It’s ugly outside, outdated inside, forget calling the interior luxurious. It’s not even premium. Tech isn’t great, it lacks features, cramped seats and it’s way overpriced Nobody’s going to care about reliability or take this off road Typical Toyota and Lexus letting us down with almost every redesign. This is no exception
Please describe how the interior is outdated. You mean practical and easy to use? Which features are missing? Nobody cares about reliability?? Lexus has the world's most satisfied customers, and it's not because of the grille..
