Actually, I don't think they're going to nerf this mission simply because it's like a little event, and that mission will go away as soon as we win the fight for those planets. Like, it's our technologies, and bugs just captured them, that's why we don't need to defend them, just "press and run."
For those who can't easily speedrun those missions on helldive, try farming level 1 missions! Drop into a normal lvl 1 mission > quickly go to all points of interest and pickup supercredit and medal pickups > mainmenu > go back to ship > go to a different lvl1 mission nets ~30 supercredits and 8 medals per 3-5min!

Didn't they nerf this? I thought I read that returning to a seed you've already looted won't net any further Super Credits (not sure about Medals)
@@joelh870 They did fix picking up the same pickups on the same map seed, that's why I specified going to a different level 1 mission
Although technically you can still use the same map seed but it requires disabling your internet connection and doing a little trick (worked a week ago, not sure it its still working) Find an amazing seed for credits/medal > pickup everything > disconnect the internet until you get back to ship > reconnect to internet > wait > go to a different operation > go back to your previous operation(it doesn't dissapear if you do this right) > reselect the mission that was good for farming. (and the pickups on this map should count once again because you reselected the entire operation)
You get only 1 per medal box in low diff

Actually tried using the explosive crossbow for the first time on an egg mission and it worked pretty great clearing out the eggs, since you can snipe them at range or get up close (the explosion radius is small enough that you won't get too hurt but big enough to destroy whole clutches of eggs) and you can just take whatever support weapon you like.
Perfect timing I just finished upgrading everything with samples and now want to solely focus on farming medals

If you bring an orbital EMS strike to the egg missions you can run straight into the nest and drop the static field directly on top of yourself then just stand still and shoot all the eggs while the bugs are stunned around you, the only thing that might be able to hit you still are chargers
For the terminid tower shutdown mission, I usually just bring along a jetpack, 500 kg (to take out the the mushroom) and whatever strategem to put the mobs at bay, I use scorcher as my primary, same single shot to the eggs at a really long range. Quick 2-3 minutes even at helldive difficulty

Been doing this since the mission came out. The termicide is SO good for exp as well if you just want to blast some out.

Not sure if you’ve made a video on this yet but I’ve been running a fun build for blitz missions and just in general. It’s the grenade launcher, supply pack, orbital rail cannon, and EAT. Infinite grenade launcher ammo and stims. If you shoot the sacs off bile titans with grenade launcher rail cannon is almost always an instant kill on them. Eat for spore spewers and shrieker nests and can be used for bile titans or chargers whenever you need it.
Also I have seen campaigns that have all 12 minute missions which are the Termicide, Eradicate, and Blitz missions. Which are very easy and quick to run through.
Took me about 1.5-2 weeks I think before I had everything maxed and back to 250 medals. Almost maxed out every sample, just missing 20ish samples. Not that there's anything to buy but I want everything ready :)
Awesome time. I think the best xp and medal farm is when you complete the deactivate terminite tower missions only. Its possible in 2 minutes. With the loading time and the in-mission time is just unbelievable.
Quick Question, why do you always start the mission after having landed from the hellpod? I always start falling in the sky.

I think the climb/mantle needs its own button to activate or at least to be able to be disabled/enabled etc or provide up with a jump instead. And not only that provides a visual aid to what can be climbed height wise - like change the crosshair to a X or something, showing can’t be climbed?
I dropped a 500kg & destroyed an entire egg nest once. I was so impressed with myself lol
The eagle cluster bomb works wonders on egg missions. I have one hit the hatcheries with only one of them and I don’t even need to get close
Whatever makes you happy. Personally, I would rather play normally and just hit all the POIs, that way you get super credits too, as well as additional medals. I always focus those, because very often my rando teams will straight up ignore them. I am convinced half the population doesn't even realize how many SC and medals come from those. I have every premium pass via credits earned in-game, with pretty casual play too. Also, a few sets of armor/helmets bought from the store, again with earned credits. Sitting at ~700 SC right now, should have enough by the time the warbond drops. Medals will be capped too by then, im running out of things to even spend them on. At least things I actually want. A lot of cosmetics I couldn't care less about.
I wish the radar tower was on every map for this reason. Do you play level 9?
@@cianboy97 Nope, mostly 7s, sometimes 5/6 with newer friends. I actually don't like the radar tower, because it's harder to know if something has been looted or not. Mostly a problem when with team members that don't do them.
How many hours do you have so far? Want to know what "casual play" entails. I have 126 and have about 70 super credits currently after buying all the warbonds, but then again I did buy a lot of super store armor

why do you have so less enemies there? i got in mission one on every main objectiv 4 chargers and one bile titan...
Just do the arena fighting type of mission. 4 divers do it in 5 mins, you dont have to run or collect samples just shooting and stratagemming around. I usualy bring all red startagems and go all kamikaze style.
why dont you do geological survey missions for kills they literally spawn breaches to complete it?
Try laser to pop eggs. Works great.
Laser cannon is best against mutated eggs on the termiside tower!
Can we farm super sample on the new terminid mission? Its kinda hard to farm sample with just the blitz, terminate and tower mission.

New airburst rocket launcher can take out a full hatchery with one shot. Might be even faster

Ummm my team does the termicde tower on level 7 we all pick one and the 4th goes after eggs we all hit about the same time so we don't get overwhelmed and then we bail
How do you queue up a solo mission? I disable crossplay and limit to friends only but randoms still manage to get into my mission.
Just pick a mission. No one can join if you limit to just friends.
You should be fine that's weird, maybe double check if things haven't been changed or smth
try swapping to public and friends again? afailk accidentally throwing an SOS beacon can override your matchmaking too

Make sure you are selecting a mission that has the Difficulty number on it at the table. The icons without the number are other players lobbies that you are joining, which you should see their name when you hover over the icon.
What difficulty is the most efficient for exp or level up?
For solo? Doing level 1s is best for exp. Can get about 200xp in about 4 minutes. The best mission is the terminate illegal transmission. A lot of the time you can blast the tower from extraction point and then just 2 minutes for the ship to arrive.
1. Try using the Airburst rockets on the egg missions. Usually you can see an opening and launch a couple in and it will clear the eggs without even having to get near the nest. 2. You CAN go back to the ship without having to use all your lives. I don't know if you get your medals, but there is an option to "Return to Ship Alone" if you hit ESC.
If you leave the mission that way you don't get anything except the medals, super credits or requisition slips you found during the mission. You don't get the rewards for completing the mission

In squad play people make it hard because they think they have to fight every group of bugs they see i dont even fire my gun unless i have to go through a group to get to one of the buttons

I'm lvl 69, have all ship modules, got max samples,.max medals, all steam assignments. The devs should find a way of keeping it attractive to play. Maybe weapon specific, so you can unlock attachments, or skins.. I dunno.. but the game is getting a bit boring for me..
Maybe try going outside or something? You probably have 250+ hours of playtime. That’s pretty good bang for your buck.. there’s other games too lol

How you get infinite stamina?
The stamina booster. It’s in one of the warbonds
And he purposely get hit so he can stim and recover stamina as well

The reason I didnt make a video about it is cause I felt all the HD2 content creators are already talking about it, I could add my 2 cents but I really didn't think it'd add much value to that conversation. Idk if it's the right move or not avoiding making that video but.. yeah. Honestly bro it's not too hard to farm them just put the game on one of the lower difficulties that you feal comfortable on and you don't even have to do the mission but instead just jetpack/run around hitting all the points of interest, crates, beacons, etc. Then just return to ship whenever you want. The super credits and medals are yours permanently when you pick them up. You only have to extract to keep any samples.
