    @FinestFinance@FinestFinance4 жыл бұрын
    • You cannot change direction if you are coming from the subconscious mindset that has been programmed into you ever since you were conceived. It is an impossible task. You are required to first go to “zero limits”, which would mean “blank slate”. This means to clear your subconscious to a blank canvas state and then restart to program it with the information that is beneficial to you. Without that, you will have to override every single negative thought or experience that has been programmed into you, as you would rid yourself of a habit/addiction. It would be a humongous exercise that would take a lifetime. The only way to do this, would be to first write down, in a clear precise way, what you wish to achieve (be very clear about it) and then quantum jump timelines. Please make sure to state that you do not wish to have any memory of that negative past in your new timeline. That is how I consciously stopped smoking...went to sleep and before I closed my eyes, I clearly stated my intent of moving to a timeline where I was not a smoker, adding that I would have no memory of ever having been one. I woke up the next day and haven’t touched a cigarette. The one time my son was smoking next to me, I literally behaved like any non-smoker would - I said “aaaaaaaaagh !” 😂😂😂😂

And to make things even worse most of your current friends are mediocrity, too. No one warns about loneliness.

    @systemonachip@systemonachip3 жыл бұрын
    • RC there are plenty of people out there , here and yes, you have to go through the loneliness as your external environment dictates the habits so once you step away there will be a process of leaving the old behind, the many mini deaths of creating a new self. The next step is to evoke the you personality that you’d like to be and the reflection of people you want in your environment. Be careful not to live too long in the loneliness it is just a thought , a vibrational phase, it isn’t the truth just what you are thinking. Script the next moment via allowing in your desires and wishes, plans and dreams. Spend time outside of you and in the realm of possibilities. It will be a lonely path to start but you don’t have to be lonely while on it. Allow for your dreams to meet you by being that person. Xx

  • Starting out my day positively by praying and listening to motivational speakers and doing well, but later in the day starting to mentally revisit failures, mistakes and lost opportunities and playing regrets and on a continues loop is giving an opening for that depressed state. yesterday I was watching you tube videos that played into the regret scenario, I quickly marked each disenpowering as don't recommend this channel . Bottom line I am slightly familiar with your work and I want to change my thinking and not entertain the Negative. Thanks Dr. Joe Dispenza I am going to continue my transformation, on the good side I have lost 11 pounds in less than two months during this pandemic.

    @josephisaacs4172@josephisaacs41723 жыл бұрын
    • Hey well done to lose 11 pounds! Try not to focus on regrets and mistakes..and I am speaking from experience of having made many huge mistakes in.my life. I took risks and took the road less travelled and yes I did make mistakes. But you did your best with what you knew at the time. Forgiveness and acceptance will bring you peace of mind. And in that quiet space you can benefit from the motivational videos you watch. It can become a kind of addiction though..the time you spend watching you could be creating something new. This planet is a school for your soul and it's in the difficult times that you grow. The sun is always behind the clouds and the wheel of fortune turns. Hope you move into a happier reality soon 🦋

  • The video ends just when you're expecting the 'magic' formula. ...but I already sussed it a few years ago. To make it easier to change a habit: *change the environment where the habit occurs* A person is mainly defined by how they respond to their environment.

    @StuMas@StuMas4 жыл бұрын
    • Stu Mas there's no magic formula; these young guys read a book about motivation and then they think they know shit, then someone pulls the rug out from under them and they run home to mummy because they're single mother products with no life experience except online screens. If they knew anything they'd jump off a cliff.

    • Yes well its all talk with these "inspirational speakers". They just define something that is percieved as a problem. Or they package something as a problem. And they offer no real concreate solution to these problems they defined. Its a waste of time listening people. The end goal is in any case always to change your bad habits into better or good habits.

  • Really great video. I note that behaviour wasn't mentioned alongside thoughts and feelings. I believe in order to escape the never ending cycle of feeling-driven thoughts, is to put in action the behaviour you think is required for the reality you want. Thoughts and feelings will follow. For example, instead of thinking 'I should go for a run today, but I don't feel like it' and then postpone it, and feel consequential regret; get up and go for the run. It's likely you'll get the dopamine release afterward and feel positive. Instead of being afraid of rejection and not approaching the person you are attracted to (took me years to learn this), just go and do it. Act first, think later. The butterflies will be there because you're broadening your perception of reality until that point which is unfamiliar but each time you do this you grow, rather than shrink and external stress factors will become smaller rather than bigger.

  • Here is part of my healing story . For many years as a young boy into adulthood I suffered from depression. I was always trapped in my thoughts not knowing why I felt so insecure not knowing my place in the world just wanting to find where I belong just wanting to be excepted and understood so years and years of suffering physical and mental abuse kept me down and trapped me , I was always a thinker thinking about things thinking about spirituality thinking about I know there’s some type of power inside of me and some type of gift that I could use to heal myself and the world but I didn’t know what it was I don’t understand what I was made of as a human being. because I was just a young boy and so to fix my depression I would just sit back and think about things now and in the future and I would basically set myself up for an emotional reward . so what I’m saying is I would think about things in the future of how I wanted my life to be it could be a situation with a relationship with a friend/parent it could be a situation at school I would always Astro project and live in the future . I would set myself up for those emotions setting my future up for that emotional encounter so I wouldn’t be so frightened and scared and not know how to deal with it with life . I would tell my mind it’s already happening and then I would sit back and see what my reactions were and I would feel those emotions as if it was happening right now!! all this as a young boy which is crazy how did I know how to do this but it works I’ve been doing it my whole life. Here’s part of the kicker when I would listen to Joe’s videos I am like how does this man know all these patterns and how to fix yourself but I’ve been doing it since I was a young boy and no one taught me how!!! extremely interesting , I felt like I was understood like I am understood that’s why I really want to meet Joe and talk to him in person. so as I was changing my future I would basically be living in that emotion now but when the time came I was already settled in my spirit for the encounter of whatever situation was coming up in the future so basically I already lived that experience . I was doing this as a young boy I am now 49 years old I didn’t get healed till about two years ago I actually changed the way I believe in the way I think about myself in the way I let things in , it’s crazy it’s like I’ve got this amazing control yeah I’m still human but all the baggage and the hurt and the pain and the depression and the low self-worth went away because I reprogrammed my subconscious mind . I rewrote the hard drive in my subconscious mind this changed my behavior I became a completely freed individual!! I feel so free now the baggage the depression the hurt was gone to and chains that held me down are gone I feel super human !!! I don’t know how to explain it but I’ve been wanting to get to this point in my life my whole life I’ve never been happier !!! I am ENOUGH worked for me I changed my mind I changed my thoughts and stopped letting the negative words and attitude in . I’m so free now I really have been trapped in my thoughts and anxity all of my life , something changed inside me I am a totally different person now let me explain in order to change who you are ,you have to tap into your subconscious mind . it feels amazing to let go of the bad habits that brings us down, by studying personality types and behavior And how our bodies function gave me an extremely deeper understanding of who I am and it helped me understand why other people act the way they do towards me and it leaves you less offended when they say negative things , there is way more to what I'm saying I could go on and on , I'm amazed at the changes in my life because of I'm ENOUGH WORKS , Heres the kicker WHAT I did is talk to my subconscious mind right before I go to sleep and then right when I wake that is when we are open for change or being under hypnosis , So I told myself I AM ENOUGH and no negative words towards me will I let in and no one is my boss no one has any power over me . I am complete because I believe it to be true !!! you must talk to yourself with words that are positive and your mind can believe your words , so don't say I hope to become better at such and such thing or behavior but rather say I am that person I have theses great skills and traits I am that person I believe I am healed or I have no cancer my blood cells will attack any bad viruses in my body I am healed. what you say to yourself is everything you want to become . Your mind will believe anything you say to it so say the opposite of all your thoughts and worries that brings you down and the thoughts that trap you and make you sick or keep you divided from social encounters , I did this for a few weeks reprogramming my subconscious mind and thought life and it worked I feel so free and worthy I feel like I have the ANSWER TO HEALING US HUMANS!! ,to sum it up I it took a long hard study of personality. Behavior and a few major traumatic event in my life and I decided to change yet it was like something shifted in my brain in my heart in my mind I said to my subconscious no person on earth is my boss or over me I am complete and awesome human being WHO IS ENOUGH JUST THE WAY I AM ,! I will not let any negativity from any person or life situation into my person !! believe me your mind will believe everything you say to it even if it's a lie , it will change you and free you as a human being ! What has happened is I found a way to control my empath ability and not let others emotions become my emotions because you basically become that emotion as an INFJ personality type. What I’m saying is I am empathic I can walk into a room and I already know things about people without even ever have met them just by the vibration that they’re giving off from their spirit from their heart from their being it’s quite a gift And a curse if you don’t know how to control it. I have way more to tell I don’t see myself as any better than another person I’m just here to help people heal because I found a way to do it . Thank you for reading .

There are days where I look into a mirror and hate what I see, not because I hate myself, but because the hormones in my body tell me to feel this way. And it takes a LOT of conciousness to change that thoughtprocess that moment, but I am not able to change it forever, only ever for the moment. (Could be I look into the mirror the next day and go "hot damn, I look georgeous!" while wearing the same shirt, the same sleep-deprived face and maybe a pound more.)
