    • Reminding your ego who's the boss is step 1. Good job! It isn't an task but, as I'm sure you're already finding out, it's life altering. For Step 2, try depolarization. That one really puts your left brain into panic mode, but at the same time it's fascinating to participate in and to achieve. That's the step where I lost all my "friends."

    • Could you please tell me which practical steps I can follow to change my subconscious mind? Because I feel like Dr Lipton is never actually talkin about how to exactly to do it and always evades the question when asked

      @anonymerdude4501@anonymerdude4501 Жыл бұрын
    • @@anonymerdude4501 I believe the answer to your question is in the knowledge of his work. Once you understand that it is the environment and not your DNA which influences your health and wellbeing down to the cellular level, you then pave the way in creating your reality and can enact self healing processes. What we also learn from Bruce, is that when you zoom into a human cell (of which there are some 70 trillion of them making up the human body and at 80% water) we also learn that cells are actually vibrating. Other teachers such as Cladni (Cladni plate vibrations) can visually confirm to you that frequency and vibration are real and that each frequency creates a different pattern. Frequencies interact with human cells as we know from various sources and have been documented to have significant health benefits in the human body (it is also documented that certain frequencies can smash diseased cells such as cancer). Then I draw your attention to Emoto Mazuro. Emoto's work teaches us about the power of our thoughts and their effects on the human body. Emoto Mazuro projected thoughts on to water and effectively changed the molecular structure of the water depending on the projected thought (positive and negative). Take also Dr Joe Dispenza and his teachings. Now think about what you've learnt from decades of incredible work in the field of science and medicine in the natural sense without pharma and you discover that the mind can in fact heal the body. In terms of how you implement the healing process, that is for you to initiate, however it generally starts by changing the environment, the thought process and use of meditation simultaneously. Then watch the world around you change for the better. This knowledge is powerful and given to us by these incredible individuals.

  • For a long time, since my early teen years I was trying to figure out myself the purpose of life and why we're here now that I'm in my late forties come to realize that life does not have to be difficult I have learned, discard negative thoughts in the recycle bin just like we do with unnecessary files on our laptops or PCS then press deleted forever. That's what I do with my past life history, and reinstall new programs into my conscious and subconscious mind.

    • @Ankita Shah sure. It took about 2 1/2 years. During such time every night, as I fell asleep, I repeated to my subconscious: "I have 20/20 vision, and my vision is perfect!. I used to drive the Mega Double-decker bus. I one day I realized on my way to NY I had forgotten my glasses. I began to wonder if I'd was able to drive back that night to DC. During my layover, I reminded myself and began to say.. I have perfect eyesight, I can see at night when I got on the turnpike. First, i noticed the cars' back lights weren't blurry and no halos from the highway lights. The rest is history. That happened in 2012. My eyes are still fine. I also taught myself how to tread water, something I always feared. Which I mastered in my dreams. "Reality Is Stranger Than Fiction" Hope this helps you. We can create what we want, some say luck, miracles, faith, or whatever.. but many things I could share. Now I laughed and repeat, "Thank you! 💯💞💫💭✌🏽🫶

      @teenherofilms@teenherofilms Жыл бұрын
    • @@teenherofilms Actually it's not his belief. It's the SCIENCE of epigenetics. Doesn't take a scientist to understand the environment have major effects on the organism whether it's a petri dish or POWs in a cell. We see this in children raised in the same household having very different gene expressions depending on how they are treated, the trauma they go through or simply how sensitive that particular child is or what coping mechanisms their brains use.

    • I read Adele Davis' book series on nutrition, most written in the late 1950's, and she said it's not genes that create our diseases, it's heredity ways of eating and those deficiencies that create our diseases and change/weaken our DNA. Her work was taken from all the scientific studies from prior to the 1950's. So it's very interesting how "they" knew this, but don't want to teach us the truth.

  • Bruce Lipton's words on the haughty Russell Brand interview showed me the very real possibility I couldn't have conceived of, yet knew all along. This is gonna be a very different RIDE!

  • 1:07:05 Edit: YES! This talk was beyond words, yet you somehow did it for an hour straight. Hence my original comment simply timestamping my favorite question/response. Truly magnificent wisdom, just in time as always. Infinite blessings, love, and gratitude, should you find yourself reading this. Thank you.

  • The whole interview was good but I’m marking from 1:11:10 to the end to repeat to myself over and over and over again!! THAT is the key to it all!! FANTASTIC!! And putting that into practice. That is where I’ve been stuck. I plan like hell but don’t take enough action. I’ve actually been coming to this understanding over the last year after studying the work of Dave and Shan Powers on KZhead on Objective Personality where they’ve studied thousands of people of the 16 types and discovered their weaknesses and they nailed mine, which is essentially planning way more than acting. So I knew it was true but now hearing Bruce talk about the science behind it, it solidified it for me, maybe because I am a scientist. Thank you for this! I’m going to be sure I’m taking positive action every day. You know it’s funny, my Dad taught me as a kid that you can do anything but you just have to take that first step. He said once you get going, then before you know it, you’re done. It’s so true for me. But I’ve been planning too much and not taking enough of those first steps. As a side note, for those who study MBTI and Jungian cognitive functions, I don’t know if this applies to P-types. It may just be the J types who keep going once they get started on something. I’ll need to investigate that.

    • think? Very few actually plan. Plan is a very high level experience of writing drawings, specifications and making instructions step by step. Many think they plan and then do not act. The mind is stuck on lower level past dysfunctions and beliefs from liars they dated. First is a very clear mind and true self then a detailed plan then taking those action steps.

    • Everything Bruce said was perfect, but I don't agree when he said that thinking alone is useless. WHAT?? He's been saying the opposite the whole time "thoughts shape our reality, thoughts change the chimestry in our bodies" and this and that. Also the way he explains that plant experiment at 1:13:33 seems kind of incongruent to me. There are tons of experiments that prove that only by negative thinking alone without any intention plants react to it and end up dying. There are things in life you can't do anything(action) about it to obtain or change but you can always use your thoughts to attract and manifest it in your life.

  • I have been searching for these answers for 20 + years. I knew very little about this but I knew it existed. Thank you both for enlightening me on how to use my energy and my mind and why I have patterns and how to change them. I am blown away. Time to start being conscious again and change the other peoples programs instilled in me that don't go along with ME! LOVE!

  • Yes. Crazy Bruce Lipton is one of the biggest reasons I’ve had a spiritual awakening . I discovered his work in 2011 in my early 20s. Helped me out a lot. So cool to see Lewis collaborate with him. Two of my worlds came together lol. Like spider man and iron man on the same comic book 📖 😂
