Hey !!! Costco here in Bakersfield just started selling Laird Coffee Creamer after they took it off their shelves about a year ago; maybe they’ll start selling it in Florida too. In the last year, I bought it from Laird directly on a monthly auto renew basis! The workers at Laird are the Best!

@@yayaa8721 There’s nothing wrong with losing half a pound a week. Everyone’s diet has to be SUSTAINABLE AND ENJOYABLE. If you’re not having a diet you’re enjoying and you’re in a calorie deficit, you’re more likely to stick to it 💪🏼

I've been able to get keto hamburger buns at Walmart recently. The brand is Keto Culture Baking. They are not Bobby approved (soybean oil) but they only have 1 net carb.

Hey Bobby, Dessi, and Rose! I am super excited to get started on this Keto diet. I have been watching all your videos and Rose videos too. She is such a blessing and adorable!😍 I have been learning so much from you and have already been implementing these great changes. Now to go off to the grocery store with all your suggestions to replace all the bad stuff that my fiancé and I should not be consuming. I have healthy foods and not healthy foods at home. You know, everyone does. I have diabetes type 2 and I am meeting with a dietician soon as well. I am a chef as I went to culinary school and know how to modify dishes to be healthier. The only hard part is actually doing it because all the other stuff tastes so good. I bought both your cookbooks and downloaded the app to help me with shopping plus all my notes from your videos. I took a whole semester on Nutrition and this will help too. I can't thank you enough for all the knowledge and advice from you and the videos. I will keep in touch to keep you updated on my weight loss. I currently weigh 338 at 5ft 8 of my height. This keto diet will lower my A1C levels, blood pressure, and my cholesterol. I am 43 years old and my fiance is 44. We want to make this lifestyle change for the better for good. We also joined Planet Fitness too. God Bless you and your family and thank you so so much. Those Keto Bun, are one of the best for the price. I have a pack in my freezer I go over the July 4th week end. They are good for Grilling a burger. One thing they are very filling, I can only eat about one. I have tried the un-bun are whole food, and it is just to dence, for me. These buns are closer to normal burger buns. I would just have them in moderation.
I made my own when my family was on keto. This was a few years ago and all of these products weren't out in regular stores yet. You had to buy from specialty places online and it was very expensive. So, I ended up maki g everything from scratch.

The Dave's Bread with 5g of sugar is about twice the size per slice that that thin slice...it's good stuff.

Aldi is a great place for me to find lower cost items to make my birds chop and natural seed mix. Plus for her to have raw unsalted nuts for treats. Their granola at mine have too much carbs/sweetener in it for me or my bird.b

Long-time subscriber. Bobby, you REALLY overdid with Thrive Market promotion in this video. I understand mentioning it at the beginning of the video like you usually do but pushing Thrive Market 3 times during 12 min. video ... It's just too much. I hope it will not become a trend in your videos.
I was thinking the same thing. It’s hard to enjoy his videos with all this Thrive Market crap. It already is a trend in his videos so my guess is he’s getting paid big $$$$
I was just thinking a few minutes ago when I first started watching this that while I understand him promoting Thrive Market I think it's a little bit tacky to be standing there promoting it in another store. It would be more tactful to promote it outside the store.

I never had that Nan bread and I bought some at Aldi's and it was awesome a buttered it put parmesan cheese on it and put it in a fry pan just to warm it up for the butter to melt and it was awesome I'm going to start buying all my bread from Aldi's and my coffee cakes they have some great cheesecakes there too

I watched your condiments video and learned at what to look out for. However I don't buy mayonnaise very often, typically I prefer getting miracle whip. Do they make any that are less bad than the regular? xD Appreciate all you do :)
They do make one with olive oil. I prefer Miracle Whip too.

The only reason I go to my local Aldi is for the organic grassfed ground beef, which is excellent. Even well done, the burgers stay tender. Sadly, the Aldi near me is a junk food shop otherwise, for some reason.
Hi Bobby, I just recently bought an organic cacao powder from the grocery store and I noticed something weird in the product label: “California proposition 65: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead which are know to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.” Should I be concerned? Your response is much appreciated as I’ve been consuming this for a while and I feel really nervous:(

Hi just wanted to make sure the Bobby approved app was correct for GT’s kombucha strawberry serenity. It says it’s not BobbyApproved bc it has strawberry purée but it’s actually strawberry juice. Is still not approved if it’s organic strawberry juice?

Hi Bobby. I’ve been avoiding that Aldi grass fed beef because it is sourced out side of the US. The label says sourced from USA, Australia and Uruguay. What are your thoughts on this
The Biden Admin has removed the requirement to say what country the beef is from. Now so hard to tell, I am unhappy about it too.

I found a supplement that contains High-Oleic Sunflower Oil. Manufacturer told me it is less than 2% and non-gmo. Is this concerning?

The bars are really helpful for my husband that is KETO but misses most a snickers fix. Not kidding he actually likes the peanut chocolate Elevation bar and it satisfies his craving.
