I want to say thank you for going into Aldi and showing us the good products. I'm on a strict budget but I love going to Aldi. You have help me soooo much..
Thank you Bobby for trying to keep us as healthy and clean eating as possible!
Definitely the Bobby effect!! We are paying closer attention to the ingredients thanks to you!
Bobby, I love your videos! They are so helpful. Thank you for what you do!
man, i learned more the last week about eating and nutrition by watching your videos than the last 40 years of eating! i am an bobby-addicted now 😂
*FUN FACT: i do my Mom's shopping, and since she is now so super health conscientious, all her organic food stuffs have to be (her words) "BOBBY-APPROVED!!!". hilarious!!!* #lovesit #protectFlavCitywithBobbyParish 😂🍅🍚🍣🍜👍
I was working on my mom to be healthier and she has started getting only Bobby approved too. Unfortunately she passed away suddenly this past August.
Aldis food is no good it makes me faint and fall down to the floor, that food is no good that food is Garbage.
Thank you Bobby! I am diabetic since watching your videos and buying the good food you talk about I am feeling so much better. My blood sugar is now controlled and an A1c 6.5. Thanks for going into the stores and telling me what I should buy and why I should buy them. I live north of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania and we have 2 Aldi's now and I have not seen grass fed milk in either store for some time now. Is there another milk that you approve? I just went to the store today after watching your video and bought Parmesan Crisps and Coconut Cashew Crisps - Chocolate can't wait to try them. Keep up the great job you are doing.
So cool! I’m in Chicago too and I get overwhelmed at the grocery stores shopping for “healthy” foods for my family 😩 these videos are so helpful, thank you so much ❤️
Bobby! Thanks for making grocery shopping easier for me 😀
Does anyone else love when he says wow wow wee wow or is it just me?🤣
🤣 SAME!
Just you 😆
Meee!🙋🏾♀️
Wow wow wee wow what..? What…?😂😂😂😂😂😂
Why is it I looked for the first time only to see this comment *right* after he said it. 😂
Bobby, thank you for educating us!!!
I have PCOS and I noticed when I eat anything with refined oil I immediately start to get really bad cramps. Great catch on your part I really did not think refined oils could impact my health in such an obvious way. I really appreciate the tips and making living healthy affordable! ❤️
PCOS is a side effect! You don't have insulin resistance because you have PCOS. You have PCOS because you are insulin resistant! You get the IR first. Look up insulin resistance and PCOS with Dr. Berg. I have lost over 100 since last February with the help of Bobby and Dr.Berg
I get very bad migraine when I eat process food.
Thank you so much for doing the Aldi we’re all needing to shop health and economy so I appreciate you diving in to all the products there🥰
I really appreciate your videos because you present the information in such an approachable way. Not preachy or condescending. I was recently diagnosed diabetic and am committed to changing my lifestyle so your content has been helpful in ways I can’t describe.
Best wishes, cutting carbs is not easy.
Just love learning again and again on the ingredients
Excited to hear about your continuous monitoring experience! Thanks for sharing!
great video I have been learning so much from You Bobby thank you I use the app and really scan to make sure it is approved.
These videos are amazing, Bobby you, your family and your helpers are amazing!! These videos have literally changed my life. I've discovered Thrive Market because of you, and have had it for a while now, which alone is life changing, but you're helping people so profoundly in so many other ways! Thank you for all the helpful nutrition information, thank you for making eating healthy easier. God bless you and yours!
p.s. how to you feel about lectins or a low lectin diet and how do you feel about Gundry MD bio complete 3?
Bobby, so glad I came across your videos. Now I have a reason to shop Aldis. With food allergies /gluten and trying to get back to keto when I felt soooo good...you are a blessing. Your information is a plus for me and my family and I'm sure you are helping Aldi's business as well. Never used to shop there but no more, they are now on my list as a go to grocery. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!
And they have gluten-free crackers that I love!
Learning what I learned from your old videos I been buying the sprouted bread from aldis for like over a year thanks for your tips I really learn a lot and it has been so helpful tryna get my healthy eating on track
I love your videos Bobby! Keep up the great work
I love watching you! You’re so funny, and real.
Bobby thanks for ur awesome app and for sharing ur precious baby Rose with us. Every morning I have to find a Rose short video to send to my 2.5 year old grandson to watch. He made his mom buy him a “Rose” kitchen. Lol. So he has his own sink and table and chairs and utensils. So thank u. It is one of the reasons my daughter feeds her family more healthy lifestyle meals. And she now uses ur app also. Thank you 🙏🏼
Most people are not aware, but the great majority of Aldi’s products are made by the top food manufacturers/brands with an Aldi label on it. This means that you’re getting the same products as the name brands at a discounted price. So they’re not just “knocking off” the products. One reason they can do this is that Aldi is a cash only business and the manufacturer doesn’t have to send invoices, chase payments, etc. Aldi also buys in such huge quantities (worldwide), that they are getting discounts for that. Another factor is that there is very little advertising on the part of Aldi, so that cost is not passed to the consumer. Do yourself a favor, and save some money by shopping first at Aldi… after that you can get the kitchen/pantry items Aldi doesn’t have at another source.
Thank you for sharing and educating on how to maintain a great diet🥰
You always teach me something new! Thank you!
I like Aldi’s so much more than Walmart! Thanks for this! Always good to know what’s the best!
It's June 2nd and surprised to see they had everything mentioned here. I bought everything except the beef (already had some at home) and ghee (same). Everything you have recommended is DELICIOUS. Like, no joke. Not bias or anything, it's legit good. So thank you so much for putting in the work and getting these suggestions out there.
I'm so happy you made this video. Thank's happy new year
I would randomly watch your posts. Enjoyed this post. Just subscribed. Thanks for Thrive link & additional savings. Happy New Year 🥰🎉
I just started watching your videos a month or so ago. I found you by watching Rose cook. I have really enjoyed your content! Merry Christmas!
You're making a great contribution Bobby. Thank you!
We got snow last night and very windy 🌬 now great timing for your video. To prep meals.
Thank u Bobby, u make shopping so much easier
Thank you Bobby for making a video and explaining what's good and what's not good but I'm going to agree with you coconut cashew cookies are delicious I've had them... of course I like anything with coconut in it.. have a great day everybody
We are getting an Aldi so excited will go when I get paid .Thanks Bobby Happy New Year .
The grains are my go to at work. Thx for the heads up.
Thank you so much for your videos and information that is so helpful for our "clean eating"
I love when he describes the way hard cheeses are processed. Chomp chomp chomp chomp chomp. I always smile.
Thank you for the healthy info. It's on my grocery list. Thanks again.
Tried the Elevation Pure & Simple Peanut Butter Cookie. Delicious!!! I was very impressed. Will definitely try some of the other products you recommended. Thanks for enlightening us regarding healthy options that actually taste good.
Thank you! Haven't been in Aldi for long time. After your video, I feel that I must go there soon.
This is the first video of yours I have seen and I love it! Thank you! I’m definitely going to subscribe
The Aldi grass fed milk was 2% and not whole milk, so I never bought it. I usually get whole milk grass fed at Walmart or Bjs. Sometimes at Shop Rite if on sale.
He is fantastic and I guarantee his baby girl will be her generations best nutritional chef or tv personality, she melts my heart and knows her way around the kitchen!!
Kerry Gold fan here! Thank you so much! Aldi Rocks.
Fantastic! Love your energy and knowledge.
Very important info thanks for your hard work happy new year!
Thank you for showing us the best foods to buy.
Thank you Bobby for all the good info about the ingredients! You tremendously help us shop better. Have a great and lucrative new year!
Aldi's sprouted bread makes the BEST toast of any bread I've used. You're correct, the Seedtastic bread, although very good, tastes way too sweet. Cut that sugar in half or more and I'm a buyer again...
Giving Aldi a go for my next trip. Haven’t been in years but they’ve definitely upped their game!!
The app is a real game changer!! Absolutely love it!!!!
Thank you! Its worth the trip to Aldi for these products.
Finally you’re going to post something about this manager you’ve been wearing I’ve been looking at some and I really want a good deal
It's neat that Bobby is so excited about good food
You are a God send. Thank you for your work.
Thank you as always❤️
So much good information, it's videos like this that will change the way people shop & put pressure on companies to source better ingredients.
TRUE
Yes. The only problem is once these better ingredients are in higher demand, how will these fraudulent companies ruin them and change them up.
I love their organic plain yogurt.
I absolutely love that Irish Aldi butter❤️
Love this guy. I'm interested in the continuous blood glucose monitor test he's talking about? I think a true test would be from a Type 1 diabetic because their pancreas is in complete failure where as Bobby's is still functional I believe. So when he talks about glucose spike it's not a true representation of what could possibly happen to a diabetic when consuming the same carbs.
Thanks Bobby. You're channel is great and helpful. Especially since I planned on going to Aldi later in the week.
Thank you so much Bobby for your videos I’m learning A LOT
Can you please do a video about diabetes, glucose monitor, complex carbohydrates? All these topics are hot topics and we would like more info in depth. Plus your own experience is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us! 💞🌼💞🌼💞🌼
Thanks for this much needed!
Thanks so much merry Christmas 🎅
Thank you Bobby! I didnt know they had organic seeded breads & the grass fed butter!
Thank you Bobby for your vedeo and happer new year
I didn’t think that I would find this video interesting but boy was I wrong! Thank you Bobby for providing such useful information!
Bobby I was wondering why you never mention the pasture raised eggs at Aldi. I was curious about your opinion on them. Keep up the great work sir!
Pasture-raised eggs are the healthiest for you at the supermarket but I always buy the pasture-raised eggs at the farmers markets. They also taste better than the commercially available ones.
Labeling practices on eggs can be very misleading. If there is any way you can get farm eggs that are truly free range/pasture raised, it is worth a drive! I get the most fantastic eggs from chickens that are never supplemented with grain feeds. They eat only what they scratch and dig for out in the field. The yolks are the brightest orange you’ve ever seen! The best part for me, is that I only pay three dollars per dozen, so all in all, they are far superior than anything in the store. A farmers market is a second option, of course. Another benefit to eggs from the farm is that you can request that they are not water washed before you get them. This allows you to store them at room temperature because the inherent seal/film is still intact. When eggs are required to be refrigerated, it means that Nature’s protective layer is washed off. I wash mine as I need them, and they’re not really all that dirty in the first place. My “farmer” does a dry clean with a rag to get the most mucky stuff off and keep the seal on.
@@kimjohnson7469 Free range eggs are not the same as pasture-raised eggs. Free range only means they are not in a cage and they should still absolutely be avoided. Organic eggs just means their feed is organic. They are still kept in a barn with limited access to go outside. Pasture raised eggs means they live outdoors. Pasture raised hens scratch and dig the ground for their food of bugs, grub, and grass. I wouldn't drive anywhere for free range or organic-fed eggs.
@@denizalgazi I know. That is why I said that labeling practices are deceiving… I just didn’t want to go into the whole scenario. My point was that the farmer I get my eggs from lets her chickens run and nest in the pastures, they are completely free to do whatever they need to do. They are free ranging AND pastured.
@@kimjohnson7469 Wow, that's a fantastic price! Are you on the east coast?
Excellent! Thank you for this.
Keep up the good work Aldi! Miss the grass feed milk. It was so good!!!
This channel has been so helpful understanding the ingredients list. In the past, it sometimes felt like trying to read another language lol I wish I had found it earlier as I just purchased yesterday a huge pack of the “wrong” type of sea salt 😣 Anyhow, I love ALDIs and shop there regularly now, so this is a perfect video! Just got their Irish butter this week to try. Edit: I like how I got an Aldi ad while watching this 😆
I love the cheese at Aldi. Especially the bags of Curds and the Halloumi fries. Delicious broiled in a ramekin for a quick snack.
Love Aldi! We’re all buying from there in my workplace because of the low prices combined with great choices and variety!
You are truly a life saver 🙌🏽 i was just diagnosed with digestional diabetes and was balling my eyes out overwhelmed and your videos were recommended and I thank God for you!
God will help you through this.
Bobby, Thanks for the tips! I've been shopping exclusively at Walmart for grocery pickup at one store, but now that I'm feeling more comfortable going out, I want to check out Aldi again. I have had their Keto bread and it was terrible, so I'm going to try their sprout bread again because it's so much less expensive than Ezekiel Bread at Walmart. I have been transforming to a healthier diet a little bit at a time, focusing on low carb to help mitigate my arthritis pain. It's working and I've lost about 20 lbs. Your videos are making the food research SO much easier!!! I have grandchildren and hope to influence their food choices so that they will not have weight, hormone and other issues when they grow up. By the way, physical health impacts MENTAL health, which is at crisis proportions these days.
Unfortunately some of the items you mentioned, like the chickpea pasta, were not available at my Aldi when I went a few hours ago. However, the chocolate coconut crisps!! YES!! They will be replacing my occasional cheat of Kit Kats!
Try fresh pineapple 🍍 for the joint pain. Boil the skin in water for about 20 min and drink that too. Yummy and so good for your joints.
I love their sprout bread!
I really appreciate the Aldi reviews because I do 90 percent of my shopping there. I love them, especially the enormous amount of money I save on basics. Just tried the Keto ice cream and was pleasantly surprised. I used to buy Kerry Gold, so I will try to Aldi version. The sprouted grain bread is also very good, chewy, hardy, filling.
First time viewer. Great video. Very informative. Thanks!
Hi Bobby Great video! My dad and I love all your videos. I have learned so much from you! Can you please create a video on best food deals for diabetic’s. my dad has type 2 and would be very helpful. Thanks again and Happy New Year! 👍🏻🙏😘⭐️
Thanks so much, I wanna go shopping right now😃
Aldi is such a good store! I really love to shop there Great video Bobby, thank you! Wow! I've never seen grass fed milk in our Aldi,
We are finally getting an Aldi where I live🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
You Rock Bobby, thank you👍
Very great analysis of organic items!
Just bought the Irish butter. Thanks for the frankfurter and ground beef tips. Sou is good.
I love these videos but I really enjoy the Bobby approved app!!!❤
I got the bobby app but don't know how to use it step by step instructions would be 👍
Agreed! Scanning bar codes of everything now and waiting for the green thumbs up! 😁😁😁
Thanks so much. I just learned that hydrolyzed oats have a free form of glutamate. Same goes for peptides collagens. So sad. many in my family are Highly sensitive. The good thing. Now they now where the migraines are coming from.
So glad I can find the pre-cooked organic Grains, at ALDI. I used to find it my local grocery, but now they don't carry it. It is so easy and delicious.
Merry Christmas!
ALDI my favorite !! Just got butter yesterday for 1.83 each!
Love your videos and the educational piece
Thank you Bobby
Made tons of your recipes over Christmas… whole family loved it all. Multiple family members also received your cookbooks for Christmas! Let’s go Flavcity fam!
Great!
Nice! I made a super clean New York style cheesecake for Christmas and people loved it. We gotta keep spreading the news and nutritional science, everyone!
Greatly appreciate the nutritional information. This is my first time visiting. I will be back for any future videos!
I just bought the keto cookies last week and they’re really good. The other thing is that I haven’t seen the grass fed milk lately, but I’ve been buying the maple hill sugar free milk at Publix and I really like it. It taste delicious and is no carbs and 100 calories per cup.
I've made my list. I'm heading for Aldi. Thanks! Bobby
