Necessary materials
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams)
Half a teaspoon of salt (4 grams)
1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil (10 ml)
2 cups of flour (240 grams)
For the above :
1 teaspoon of butter (10 grams)
The cup size I use - 200 ml standard water glass.
Cooking time - 180 (°), baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
