The most delicious breakfast bread I've ever made! Incredibly simple and fast.
The cup size I use: 200 ml
The size of the tea cup I use: 100 ml
Necessary materials
2 glasses of water ( 400 ml )
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
5 cups of flour (600 grams)
1 pack of baking powder (10 grams)
For me to drive on their breakout cards
Melted butter (200 grams)
1 tea glass of oil (100 ml)

  • Greetings from South Miami. My mom's name was Halime, and she used to do for us this kind of bread. She called it : Katmer. Sometimes she would put little bit getaway cheese, it was so delicious. Thank you, now I need to do this for my daughter so she would remember and do it for her children one day.

  • I wanted to actually try the recipe before I commented. My first two or three tries showed me that I knew very little of the technique. This Chef is a true artist with a rolling pin. Whether taught by a Mom, a Grandmother an Aunt or just natural talent. A true artist. I will say this, my first few tries showed I could not make a circle. They looked more like amoeba than circles. That aside the recipe was outstanding. Even my first couple of semi failed attempts. I have now made this recipe about a dozen times and though my skill is still poor it is improving as is the time to table. We love it. Be patient, prepare to fail a few times, but always enjoy. Thank you for sharing. It is much appreciated. I pray you have a blessed life.
