  • I strongly doubt that they're making millions of those engines a year, I doubt that they make millions of cars a year at AMG !!!!

  • This could have been a good video but I could only take so many camera shutter clicks and childish bouncy pictures. I bailed after five minutes.

  • YEP, NOT a word about the M177 LS2 engine REAR MAIN SEAL LEAKS at around 40,000-45,000 miles. The Mehle oil separators are clogging and creating excessive crankcase pressures. A 27 hour $10,000 repair putting the SAME Mehle oil as the replacement! CRICKETS at AMG about the issue.

    • Hey, I bought an Audi A4 2.8, the one with five valves per cylinder in 1989. I still drive every day. The car has been well maintained. It is 25 years old, and I live in Canada, with its harsh climate etc. Sure, the Japanese cars are very good but be more objective, please.

    • Are you saying you would buy one if they were not so expensive to run? I think that's the point, don't you? The people who DO buy them, DON'T find them "expensive" to run. They merely find the costs "appropriate" "commensurate" "unremarkable" "expected", given that they are advanced, well engineered machines...

  • Incredible engineering applied to an engine that is barely 50% efficient. Someday, automotive manufacturers will have to comply with climate rules by removing the “four stroke sex” from engines. No more “screaming” at high revs - boring.

  • With the entry of EVs and the stringent emission controls, looks like all these IC engines will soon become extinct? Also, the emergence of humanoid robots, like Figure 01, will soon render 'personalised' work redundant, as robots will be doing ALL work meticulously, with no need for 'specialised' lines anymore 🤔
