  • I used to work in the factory where those exact wooden trays for the gummy bears were made. Interesting to see these huge stacks… and I thought I had already seen too many of the things! 😂

  • Imagine standing there smoothing tin foil on chocolate bunnies for 8 hours a day. Or standing there putting ribbons on their neck. I would go insane from the monotony after about 15 minutes. I don't know how people do it.

    • I'm a manufacturing engineer for a global industrial food processing equipment manufacturer. Our sister company in Sydney, AUS builds the same equipment, from the moguls to the packaging machines. it really cool seeing these machines in action.     • Every mould gives you half a bunny. So you fill every other tray of moulds, put two trays together and move and turn them around until the chocolate is solid. That’s how it stays distributed in the mould.
