  • Fond memories of a summer job I had at Brach's. I was just a general laborer, but loved the job and the company was fun to work at. When I got hired, they had an orientation class and told us not to feel guilty about tasting the candy. There were some guys who ate a lot and got sick of it, and some of us just took a few pieces every day and enjoyed the experience.

  • I really miss “How it’s made”. Also, there’s that saying that once you’ve seen how your food is prepared, chances are, you won’t want to eat it again. It takes so much skill to film it in such a way that makes fans want to find out where the factory is and make an order. 😍 P.S. I know it’s not that different, but I’d love to see how they come up with the every flavor beans. 😍

    • The machine covered with corn starch that you seen was called a Mogul. Every year the machine requires a complete breakdown and every bearing is replaced because of the abrasiveness of the starch. There are hundreds of bearings and cam followers in that machine.
