  • I laughed way to hard at that first "Shew Boi!" after Dave's first walk in.. Like a stroll through the house oh there's a bad guy... But seriously, this is awesome training! Pray you never need it, but if you ever do, you'll be thankful you had it. We can all relate to protecting your family at all cost and this can make all the difference. Nice job and thanks Kennedy for teaching many of us some valuable lessons today

  • It's Really awesome this training exists. You hope this will never happen to your family. I had to experience this once in my own home a few years ago. The intruder was walking around every window trying to see if any of them. Then he got to the sunroom door to try to open. He triggered the alarm I was already in that room aiming to shoot. I was yelling if he breaks through the door I'm going to shoot. I don't think he saw me at first then I turned the light on. He wasn't armed of what I could tell ,he then saw me pointing my pistol in his direction then he took off. During all of this my wife was on the phone with 911 dispatch and police were on the way but it was 15 minutes at least before they arrived. I would love to be able to train at this course to do different types of drills. I'm just glad that this possible intruder didn't get in my home. The training that I've done kept me sharp during this experience.

    • This is so foreign to me. In Ireland guns are extremely limited, most of the police (Garda) do not carry. This means if someone does break into your house neither the bad guy, you or responding police are armed. This is why we have very very few shootings except for gangland. I guess my point is, you gotta do what you gotta do where you live but it’s a shame so many states side live in this fear. Hope you never need to use that gun in your house.

      @TheYammerHammer@TheYammerHammer Жыл бұрын
    • @@TheYammerHammer true, but only one our countries lives in fear. I just think it’s sad that your police are on edge in fear so they kill people often for no reason and then the people are in fear of each other and the police. It’s just a bit mad. Ironically our people own a lot of guns due to every farmer having one and you can own them for hunting and leisure but it’s very controlled. So basically I go into the police say I want a gun, fill out paperwork and if I’m a basket case they say no! Other thing that is interesting is we only needed to fight to get our country back from the British. We now don’t have that need. No one is going to invade the states. The other day I heard of a story of a man in his own yard and a neighbour shot him. This really isn’t ideal. As you say it’s your right for now but I don’t think it has served you well. The reputation abroad is very damaged. That said you gotta keep yourself safe so I don’t envy you. Stay safe and I hope you never need to defend yourself.

    • Sorry to hear about your health issues. It's rough. I had a spine/cord injury about 12yr ago now and while I have some mobility, the 7 (maybe 8... I've lost count, haha) surgeries I've had on top of the initial injury has left me with permanent nerve damage/pain and other issues. I'm only able to be upright for a few hours a day so I too watch a bunch on KZhead. I'm really glad to have found this channel as well. These guys are just good humans and are always up to something interesting and fun to watch. This video is in my top 5 on their channel. I live in Canada and have never even seen a gun let alone held one or thought of needing to use one in this application (thankfully), but I know that the risks are real out there. It is great that training like this exists. I would love to learn shooting. It's always been on my bucket list to learn how. I have no explanation other than I know I'd enjoy it, though obviously mine would be using targets vs this kind of situation. We've all heard the joke that if you are in the forest and a bear attacks, you want your friend to be slower than you... I'd be the friend who would be the last to escape thus providing everyone else a chance to get out, haha! Best wishes on your next surgery. I can empathize with your situation and wish you all the very best. Heather

    • Where I had my scba training it was fun. We all knew it's a life or death scenario and there is way more that can kill you compared to a gun fight...your beeing blind with 50 pounds of equipment that you need to stay alive and pulling a hose full of water behind you searching for people and hoping nothing will collapse or cause a wall of fire to roll over you And it's still intresting haw simular the actions are...in an emergency rescue they they will cut you out of the car in minutes, risking additional injury to you (or cut of a body part ) to save you life ... the normal rescue is "they needed 2 hours to cut him out" , because they had time, he was save and stable, no need to cause additional harm.

  • ((((this is best for home defense)))))) but a 5-minutes set up and you can defeat Tim's entry with a couple of pipes some 12 gauge shells a couple of servos a receiver remote and fpv cameras. I won't tell you how to set it up but it is as easy as retraxs or bo drop on a rc plane. And gives you as many barrels shooting from the ceiling and the floor as you have channels.

Could this be a mini series? Thanks for all you folks do!! 👏👏
