No, we did not buy this insane property, we just wanted to show you guys how awesome it is! One of my favorite parts of this place is the insanely unique design and finishes put together by Bond Design Company

thats incredible!! you guys did an ou tstanding job!
Are you Andrew tates 3rd bro?
So beautiful and such a family oriented feeling to it. Great work, it's absolutely stunning work!
Beautiful house
Good job man, impressive.
Is it weird that I found the engineering part of the house more impressive than the house itself. Some of the most unappreciated parts of homes is the artistry in keeping it functional.
Agreed. The great entrance and central part were absolutely amazing too…but everything else, like the small closets and the flow of the kitchen, were meh 🫤. Hey, it might be just a woman point of view! The view out the windows definitely added value, but not astounding enough for $26mil.
@@annamarie9858 I think they are relying on the fact that it is solar. You are going to save a TON of money using that.
It would take 4-5 full time employees just to maintain this house. AND you better have an electrical engineer to maintain the batteries...not even counting a water guy to figure out what's going on!!!!!
Right it’s fascinating when form follows function
Yeah the engineering is impressive, but when you look closely at the boilerroom the electrican guy fails. it seems like a spiderweb in the ceiling area, but plumbing and mechanical are top. I am in marine engineering and i have seen this beautiful piping style only on board of ships.
As a plumber, I really appreciate the look into the mechanical room. It is never shown in these videos. Thank you for that
You got cocaine?
Man being an HVAC installer, doing a lot of boilers, chiller systems and geothermal. That copper looked so good! I'm always in awe when I see work that impressive. I've ran copper for almost 3 years and I aspire to complete my work like that! One of the most satisfying parts of the trade in my opinion😁

A lot better and more detailed than a lot of other videos.

I delivered all the windows for this house a couple years ago!💪🏾 It’s dope to see the final project!
What state is this?
The versatility of his production team amazes me. They can make any content that he wants to put out look amazing. It doesn’t matter if it’s on the side of a mountain or doing a house tour. Great job guys. Quality.
DITTO
Seriously! I keep thinking about how it used to take a full on production team to get the quality these guys put out. Also, I feel like they primarily do it for our enjoyment.
I appreciated the walk through of the solar, generator, transfer switches, batteries, charge controllers and inverters. You actually know what you're talking about and I agree this installation is clean and definitely a work of art in my eyes.
Thank you. I also really appreciated him showing us that.
Dave presents himself so well and is a great natural presenter.
Thank you for the tour, I have no words to describe. I'm a retired General Contractor for 40 yrs. in the SF Bay Area and I've been apart of some amazing projects but nothing compares to this so thank you for sharing.
That is an awesome house! As a 30+ year professional (retired) that has designed and built such hydronic systems and a training lab, that was a thing of beauty!! Thanks for taking the time on that! 😉
29.5 mil estate. Heavy Ds first stop: underground propane, energy, water and infrastructure. I could not be more proud!! That’s what I’d want to see first off too
25.9, but I guess it doesn't really matter. I doubt anyone watching this video can afford it anyway lol?
Lead acid batteries, was expecting lithium.
@@markw365 yeah, that's the thing to get hung up on... 😄
I didn’t see low voltage….if they didn’t run Ethernet I’d be upset.
@@markw365 it’s be easy to swap and space isn’t an issue when you have a house. Those are probably half the cost and you aren’t going to drain them past 50% they will last a long time.
This would be PERFECT for us, our parents, our kids, our grandkids, our brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, couple aunts and uncles, and a few cousins. Maybe we could all chip in...maybe afford the garage/barn building. 😁 I love that every detail seems to be thought out, but I'm particularly impressed by all the mechanical/electrical/water systems. They are like beautiful pieces of art!!! 🥰
At first I thought 26mill seemed really high but now I understand why it's that price. That property will really stand the test of time beautiful spot👌
The half door is called a "Dutch Door"❤️ this home is absolutely gorgeous! The views are amazing. When I think of Utah, I think desert, not here! Thanks for sharing this beautiful mansion, it is breath taking.
Sometimes called a stable door.
The north part of Utah is lots of green and mountains. It’s very beautiful. The south part of Utah is desert like Moab Utah and St George. Utah is genuinely all beautiful
Man, that was a top notch tour. Nice work! One of the finest homes I've seen. I love that they retained the original history, by keeping the cabin a part of the design.
That's heavy D's house 😂
When did he film this? It looks like his house.

Seen a couple other tours of this house before and this tour knocked it way out of the park, toured it with a true cognizance of what the good life is all about. Really put features into perspective. Do more of this please!
This is so amazing! The engineering of all the off-grid elements to the property are so impressive, so meticulously planned out; whoever buys this house will have a gem of a house. All the beautiful materials used, the pond, the well and water filtration, and three types of power to depend upon. Wow! I’m just so impressed with this property. Beautiful work! That panic room is cool! The tunnel! Everything. Really fun to see this all. Thank you!
Dave if all else goes in the crapper, you obviously got the talent to become a realtor. Great job showing off all the features on the walk thru. Bad Boy falling in the pool was priceless!

This is definitely a dream house for me and just a masterpiece of art. Love seeing new builds done with such artistic and futuristic qualities it’s that perfect blend of art and high tech.
Great that you started with and went over all the functional aspects that home design shows hardly ever show any of. I can't get over what an amazing property this is. I love it.
It’s NOT just a mansion or a home it is a complete work of art from the grounds up and couldn’t have been placed in a better spot!!! Kudos!!!
You did a better job showing this house than the real estate guy I saw here on KZhead. Beautiful home
I wasn't financial free until my 40's and I'm still in my 40's, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of them right now, you can start today regardless your age invest and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
I understand that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is hard for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as am ready to go the passive income path.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should've known that by now, nothing beats experience and that's final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

Hi Heavy & Dave, you two guys missed your calling. The presentation that you've just presented is nothing short of amazing. The way you described everything in and around the house was simply amazing. I have a totally new respect for you guys. I was completely blown away with the house as well. You and your crew crushed it. I'm sure that you've sold this property to someone, and I hope your friend throws you some commission cause not another celebrity or a relator for that matter could match your descriptive genius. On top of everything, I see you have flown your new chopper that we saw you pick up. Congrats on making your dreams come true.. Thanks for being so real, Scot from Hollis New Hampshire.
The two Gentlemen are named David "Heavy D" Sparks and David "Diesel Dave" Kiley. (Not being rude, I promise. I just wanted to inform you)
You got cocaine?
HeavyD does a better job of showing houses than some of the hosts of home design shows on TV. I could just imagine HeavyD being a real estate expert showing clients potential homes. I can just imagine him saying, "Ok so now that i've shown you this house we'll jump in the Kenworth because i want to show you another house which i think you'll love".
And he’s very knowledgeable
When I tour The mansion with you , my mother comes to mind and how excited and in aww she would be watching huge lightning storms through all those windows . Impressive! Thanks for sharing ❣️🍀

The mechanical room is amazing the solder joints looked perfect I was expecting mega press fittings but the fact they soldered everything shows their craftsmanship and pride in their work

Thank you once again for all the inspiration.
well if i had 30m+ laying around id definitely go for it, beautiful placing, floorplan and awesome amenities. dont mind seeing the boys cover this style of content more in the future.
It’s not the purchase price but the upkeep. For a house like that you have a small army there daily, cleaning, cooking, painting, scrubbing decks, pressure washing the pavers. Maybe an investment portfolio of 300 million and you could sustain that life style. With that many people to make it interesting as your guests- there’s food and drink! And I’ll bet they are not eating Costco! Big houses are great for the ego but who’s gonna service all that mechanical stuff, back up all the computers that runs that stuff, who’s gonna mow all that lawn!

I used to design these types of homes & commercial properties for my Grandfathers & my Dad's Real Estate Corporation; this property is absolutely gorgeous!!! In my opinion this home should sell for at least 55+ million dollars and I would bet I would have a bidding war at that price. The only item that’s missing from this property that I can tell is the garage for your helicopter to replaced them after you landed it so that it doesn’t get caked with ice and snow during the winter months.
Great point!!!

Dave, JAW DROPPING BEAUTIFUL!!! A tip of the hat, OH HELL, get on my knees and bow to the man/person who had the concept to construct this Masterpiece.. The attention to detail, through out, is the one thing that stood out in my eyes, a level of craftmanship that is not found easily... Thank You for the first hand tour... That house is absolutely amazing. Every room I was surprised. My favorite house!
Such a double door is named a farmhouse door, but often also called a Dutch door. Fifty years ago our family had two in our old cottage in Holland and a few years ago I got one built for my own cabin. It is so named because it allows the fresh air in, but keeps the chickens out. :) And typically the whole door can be open, or only the top half, or the top just a little bit.
