  • Absolutely love the production quality, really well done. If I have any criticism it's the flash over the K.O. punch , nice effect but it completely obstructs the punch in real time.

    @rteal8898@rteal88982 жыл бұрын
    • It is distracting as hell. I really, REALLY struggled to watch this video to its completion, precisely because of that "effect" - completely inexplicable why it seemed somehow to enhance the content - being so damned over the top obtrusive. Sometimes "production" goes TOO FAR - which is ironic...considering the theme of this video is about how prioritizing posturing over results can have regrettable consequences.

If Campbell stuck to his fight-plan he could have coasted the rest of the way & won easily. But instead, he got wreckless; toying with his opponent, letting his defenses down near the end of the 5th round & got floored! After the fight was over, Campbell's reaction was priceless. He looked completely shocked & in a state of disbelief that he gave away the fight.

    • @@kevinmckay1492 I don't quite get that thought but I know it's popular. I find Mayweather to be extremely entertaining to watch. He is a combination of quickness, counter punching and defensive ability I've never seen before. I get he doesn't get into brawls but his boxing ability makes up for it and more for my eyes. Not a fan of him personally, but damn if he isn't the best pure boxer I've ever watched and I've followed boxing since the 60's.

      @jeffsmith825@jeffsmith8254 жыл бұрын
    • @Naveen KV in this case Mayweather is a very talented defensive fighter and he's not gonna stand still and trade punches with his opponent. A brawl in boxing is really both fighters fighting offensively and trading blows. Not as much movement, defending yourself, counter punching, it's more of a blow for blow war of attrition. Lots of fun to watch, not as technical, more of a fist fight with gloves than a boxing match.

      @jeffsmith825@jeffsmith8254 жыл бұрын
    • @Naveen KV and he has SPEED. I dont like him... but he is fast and can find the holes in his opponent's defense. He makes it count.

    • 'Butterflies in the stomach' is the physical sensation in humans of a "fluttery" feeling in the stomach, caused by a reduction of blood flow to the organ. This is as a result of the release of adrenaline in the fight-or-flight response, which causes increased heart rate and blood pressure, consequently sending more blood to the muscles.. To either fight, or...... In my view, this is more than likely what the filmmaker wanted. For the viewer to connect with boxer further, and by doing so, giving an adrenaline rush and a similar feeling - but extremely insignificant of course- - to the boxer during the fight.

  • In all the years I coached my kids were NEVER allowed to strut or talk trash. Ever. They walked onto the court or climbed into the ring and did what they'd been taught. They were humble in loss, grateful in victory, and learned more about being human every time.
