I agree Mitch doesn’t appear to be an aggressive guy and is at his peak of strongman so it doesn’t make sense fighting him but Mariaz would have me interested.

I’ve always been a bigger guy and obviously Eddie is still up there in weight, so running can really wear you down compared to lighter people. Swimming, biking, rowing, anything like that can be great alternate cardio choices for heavier individuals that still want to stay healthy

I had my Son and Daughter deadlifting at 2 years old he now practices Judo and she is a gymnast. They both swim and I couldn't be prouder of them. Definitely think the 3 of you should put the fights back on. Win lose draw anyone who gets into a cage to fight deserves respect. Good luck Eddie.

      @barakomamba@barakomamba2 ай бұрын
    • @@terminardo That's actually pretty simple. Body building is about reaching an "ideal" physique. While that physique has certainly changed much over the years the proportionality of it has more to do with appearance than absolute power. Simply put a lot of the musculature involved is secondary to what things like strong men primarily test, the ability to move heavy objects. There is a reason most strongmen look a certain way, most powerlifters look another, and most body builders look a third. It's not JUST a difference in lean mass. Body builders are trying to inflate muscles that don't serve as much of a purpose in general strength. A lot of guys with less muscle, and much less ripped physiques simply out power them. It's not just about having muscle.. it's about where that muscle is.
