When they say "there are enemies round every corner", they mean there are enemies waiting to ambush you round literally EVERY corner. If you see an enemy with their back turned through a doorway, there is a 0% chance something isn't waiting to gank you. It got to the point where I honestly thought they might give us one where there wasn't an ambush, like as a little joke, but no. Every single time.
There are plenty of times when you can sneak up on enemies with their backs turned what the hell are you talking about? Actually explore noob.

@@Supervillain725 I recommend going back and learning a couple ways to make the game easier. Somebody I had just met walked me through getting to Caelid and killing the sleeping dragon there, then getting the giant sword "Greatsword", as well as allowing me to find the Jellyfish Shield. After I got those, the game was way more fun to play and Margit was a breeze. He then showed me where to fight a boss to get a really cool giant curved sword which is making me regret speccing strength instead of dex. After all that, I've been able to go and do things while there was still a challenge. But it never felt frustrating. I just watched a video on how to optimize a magic build and now I'm working towards doing that on a different save. So try out a magic build, but again do a little bit of research on where you can get items to make your build better. This game is designed to have tools that you can use to make your experience as easy or difficult as you want.

Bro, jump attacks and plummet attacks have existed since at least DS1, the whole "Jumping breaks enemy poise," is a neat new twist tho

1:33 I kept getting invaded by a guy like this using Rivers of Blood, dunno how he got it so early in the game. Yes, that's exactly how he killed me too.
Three ways. 1.) The man is a God and refused to level his character and basically did a Low level run of the entire game 2.) He paid somebody to drop it. *that is now a thing. You can pay. Real fucking money. For someone to drop you whatever you want. Soul items? Armor, weapons? For the right price you can get whatever you want.* 3.) Drop trading with a friend. *essentially you make a new character. They get the item unupgraded and then set a password. Then you simply summon them and drop it.* The third option isn't usually such a terrible idea if it wasn't for the fact that the people who likes to do this kind of thing only drop stuff to twink with. I ask a friend all the time to transfer items over to my new build, stuff like unupgraded weapons and the fashion that character will be running.
@@reapordeath honestly I just want to twink, I really REALLY don't give a shit for pvp but man is it so so nice to start a new character and boss rush through the game. Like you're not good enough at normal pvp, so you have to have a literal advantage to battle someone lol what a joke. For what? A rune arc..?.. To ruin someones experience? It's pathetic
@@donniethezombie4495 that's what twinking is. Dropping end game gear for a low level player for the pve part isn't what a twink is, so you would be fine. Twinking is pretty much exclusive for players who have end game gear and invades people at the begining of the game for no other reason than to be a dick. Invading people is a waste of our time unless you REALLY want that rune arc. Then in that case should just farm bosses since it actually gives more souls than any player AND you get the rune arc.
