Finally found a good way to cut dados, Rabbets, and a way to surface lumber with a router. Good easy trick to turn an old Radial Arm Saw into a wood router. Building multiple book shelves and have come up with a new way to cut them with perfect dust control.
Genius idea, there is an old RAS for sale near me that I am now going to look at. 😃

I got it off an old CNC machine
How do you adjust the depth of the dado?
Dado height or height of the whole thing can be brought up and down with that handle out the front, brings the overhead arm and down
There is a handle in the front of the counter
I do the same thing with a used $10 fleabay dado blade on my $ 75 used yard sale radial arm saw
