  • That dude reaching through the log splitter to retrieve a piece could someday be half that man. Safety last.

  • 4:10 is the stupidest thing a person should NEVER do. If his body or jacket pulls up the handle on the way up, he'll cut himself in half, LOL.

    • It just measuring if you actually do it yourself, machines can do all this which your seeing a lot of. Check out the Japanese wood workers if you want to see real accuracy, no machines all hand tools do it yourself building insane things

    • The integration of modern manufacturing machines in wood processing raises questions about worker safety and the potential for accidents in high-speed production environments.

    • The environmental impact of modern manufacturing machines in wood processing is a point of contention, with calls for stricter regulations to mitigate harm.

  • I mean first I would say this isn't really a video of new inventions so much as it is a bunch of woodworkers and homeowners using tools. If you're ever going to be chopping wood using one of those stationary steel wedges. Do yourself and your arm a favor and don't use a rubber mallet to hit the wood like the guy in the video get a dead blow hammer which is a plastic hammer full of lead beads. It won't vibrate when you hit the wood so you'll get more energy into the wood and less vibration into your wrist
