VFX Is poor and cheapy looking compared to other massive companies such as Marvel. You'd think with their budget they'd hire a decent team but in all honesty, they probably hired a small team and gave them a short deadline to finish.

The reason why Cyborg's defence system sensed danger in Clark because he saw the future which Kryptonian ship already warned them about, begging not to resurrect him. Thus implying that the future (the epilogue) he saw, where Superman becomes evil is confirmed to take place. Flash's words, Kryptonian ship's warning, Cyborg's defence system. They've been warned so many times. This movie is so.. deep. Snyder cut just answered every damn question.
