Well you guys complained that bvs Batman was too dark and that he shouldn’t be killing. And JL heard your complains and brought back the moist ass no kill rule and made him a joke, and y’all complained Clark was too dark so they brought back the cheesy superman from the 70s. This movie is an insult to all the haters of BVS and also marvel fans who thought quippy movies with lots of jokes is better than grim dark serious movies

Everyone complaining that BvS is dark and depressing and Batman out of character (which ironically the most accurate screen Batman yet), maybe there was a thing planned, something you don’t see in a lot of modern movies nowadays, a very old timey story telling device, you know, a character arc!!!

The comics have spanned decades and every run has its differences, this Batman has some close resemblance to Millers Dark Knight Returns but there's nothing about it that makes it "most accurate screen Batman yet" Batman is more than just Frank Miller, Batman Begins pulled from The Man Who Falls which no other Batman film has done, The Batman/Reeves Batman has some close resemblance to Year One and Long Halloween so what makes that any different? Some of the script ideas for The Batman even ended up in a comic run. BvS was disliked because it's badly written with moments where characters showed consistent stupidity in ways they would have never done in the comics and frankly just came across as a film that WANTED to be dark rather than a dark film.

He drinks ginger ale, in place of champagne for example. It's also been said that Batman has perfected his dietary intake for maximum performance, so even when he's not in the cowl he does his best to ensure his actions do not affect his true identity. Bruce Wayne is the mask that hides Batman, not the other way around.
I love the rapport Victor and Diana have. Diana remembers that Victor is still a kid so she speaks to him almost as a mother but she also respects his power.

Well yeah, wb dc writers really need to learn how to make appropriate dialogue.
To me, that private scene between Diana and Bruce is probably the best scene in the movie even though the rest of the movie had it's problems. It reveals what's been going on in her mind since 1918 and 1984. She seems to blame herself for Steve's death (and most of us can assume that he dies again in 84 after wishing him back) and carries guilt on her shoulders keeping her from moving on. Knowing a little about 1984, it probably explains why she was so against bringing Clark back to life. Diana has her personal struggles like Bruce does.

In this movie heroes didn't wanted to only follow orders, they were mostly on Batman's size because of personal reasons. And they kinda wanted to do a bit of romance between Bruce and Diana.

Great scene. Good DC team chemistry. I love Batman's vulnerable human side, and makes him strong as a heroic character.
After the Snyder cut, idk how anyone in that editing room thought it was better to have Aquaman talk down to Cyborg here. over the scene in SC where Cyborg is trying to configure things out alone after his pops died with the mother box, and Aquaman showing compassion for cyborg by Flash mentioning that he thought Aquaman didn’t care and he’s like “I never said that”. Snyder made Aquaman far more regal or qualities of a future king.
To be fair I liked how Bruce didn’t want the team to see him injured, the role Batman played in defeating Steppen wolf was pretty accurate to the comics, it’s just the stupid comedy that nearly ruined it, Also Ben definitely didn’t keep up the same workout he had while filming his scenes with Zack with Whedon

Batman can have humor -- the kind of really dark, deadpan humor that Darth Vader had in the 1977 and 1980 Star Wars films. It's done right in the Justice League animated series from 2000. But here it's off the mark.

I love the relationship dynamic between Bruce and Diana, they're the parents of this motley crew of metahumans. They have their moments like parents due, but they have so much mutual respect and real admiration for each other. Despite how bad they Frankensteined Zack's vision, the chemistry between them both just flows from the screen.

David Fruteau no LOOK ben affleck worked out alot for justice league and when it started Snyder was the director so tht time Ben was really fit and muscular for the acting and when Snyder completed the movie and editing and everything ben Affleck decided to go back on his hamburger diet and gained fat cause he finished the movie but....snyder went into depression due to his daughters death ; rip and for some reason idk y the new director came and decided to reshoot some parts which affleck really had to go on the military diet again and try to loose weight in those few days supermans mustache and beard was cgi because he needed the mustache for mission impossible and he already finished the justice league movie but tht fucking director had to make him reshoot
That suit after the first scene without the cape and bat symbol is simply a undersuit with the lightweight armor plates on it. I imagine it is simply a sheer thickening fluid panel cut and molded to the shape of his muscles and body. The full suit has a tri weave titanium dipped carbon fiber (which is ridiculous by the way, that doesn’t really make any sense) but that is supposed to be resistant to blades and some gun fire. It’s the panels under the suit that are where the real armor is. The suit in these movies is to only the most comic accurate, but is also the closest to what we could make for a bat suit in real life. It has protection while being light and flexible, but is also modular in the sense that it has options for higher levels of protection as seen when he dawns the tactical bat suit, which is just reinforced composite armor plates anchored to the original bat suit. If we needed to build lightweight protective suits for people to run around and do acrobatic maneuvers, while still being bullet and blade resistant, this is almost exactly what we would build, with the exception of the tri weave fibers, they would just be replaced by aramid or m5 fibers.
