  • He’s always been a showman and always played up to the camera but Eubank was the toughest fighter iv ever seen in a boxing ring! He took his beatings long after the Micheal Watson fight because it’s like he felt guilty for what happened… just watch the Carl Thompson fights when he stepped up to cruiserweight when he was a natural middleweight. Just mad! Just hope he can be well and live a good life. Same with Micheal bless him, Micheal has always said he forgives him

    @timshaw8187@timshaw8187Ай бұрын
  • I agree that people should be held accountable and responsible. However, in combat sports that you take part in, you are equally responsible to self defence as you are to the rules of the game not to intentionally kill or permanently harm your opponent. Both Mr Eubank and Mr Watson, threw those punches without knowing the full consequences of each punch as the fight progressed other than to win without intention to kill or permanently harm. Looking for a knockout means to stun the opponent enough to stop the fight. It is understandable what Mr Eubank is feeling, very deep and genuine remorse and regret. However, he could never have known, predicted or intended to the punch he threw to do so much damage. And for me, he is forgiven and should learn to forgive himself. All fighters know the risks, it is the choice you make when you become a professional at anything.

  • CHRIS EUBANK : THE WARRIORS CODE "The warrior is strong, yet his sleep is fragile. His wisdom, an amalgamation of precedent, yet his decisions cannot be based on the frailties of man. He is rather fueled by divine inspiration ascending from the heart. He knows not anger and only fears the unknown. The warrior does not judge, for his true assignment is to deliver evidence of superior behaviour to the creator of all men. The warrior does not dream of frontiers. He only sees horizons. The warrior is a creature of irony, for his genuine task is to ensure peace. The true warrior knows, accepts, and embraces above all, integrity, which is his course of life; reason and the application of reason, which is his only weapon, and forgiveness, the one true cleansing virtue. And when one can fully absorb these most devine of all virtues can one at last see how impossible and futile it is to make war."
