Hey there my super subs i hope all is good and life is treating you right, Today i do 2 melts amd get over 6KGS to add to the shelves. The 1st of them is a massive bunch of keys sent to me by a subscriber and the other is just a big brass block that i make into a heap of oversized coins and some skulls. Now if you have sent me some stuff to be be melted then don't stress as i'll definitely get around to melting it in a future video .

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.

I keep all my steel and cast iron pieces and I give them to my friend and once he gets about a tonne from me and his own collecting he takes that to the scrapyard and sells it then he buys some beer and comes over to my house and we make a night of it.
No My friend doesn’t have a KZhead channel he just scraps metal in his spare time.

    • I would agree, but I just realized that armour ain't gonna help unless it's light and bullet proof and you're going against scavengers or gangs with guns. Other than that, the armour would prolly show the dood down too much sadly enough. BUT he could use the metal to make blunt weapons. So I do agree with you on his slightly increased chances of survival lol.

    • Problem there .... you are assuming that, if there was an apocalypse, he would be able find/get enough propane to melt his casted metals ..... and then there would be the time factor for the melting, casting, forging, hammering, to make enough plate to assemble a suit of armor for himself ...... what about his pooches and then there is his wife (am assuming he is wedded) ..... the apocalypse would be over by the time he was finished. :0D
