이번에는 편의점이나 수입과자점에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는
'허쉬 초콜릿 칩 싱글 쿠키'로 철판 아이스크림을 만들어 봤는데요!
참고로 허쉬 초콜릿 칩 쿠키는 작은 버전도 있고 큰 버전도 있는데
저는 큰 버전을 사용했고 가격은 약 1,500원..? 대충 그 정도 했던 거 같아요!
아이스크림의 맛은... 음.. 굉장히 부드러운 진한 초코 맛 아이스크림을 먹는 느낌?!
개인적으로는 꽤 맛있게 먹었어요! +ㅅ+

오랜만에 신제품 포핀쿠킨을 왕창 구입했어요!
아마 오늘이나 내일쯤 배송이 올 거 같은데...
여하튼 도착하자마자 만들어서 올리도록 하겠습니다!!! ~(♪ ε ♬~)
▶ 이번 영상에서 사용된 휘핑크림과 우유의 비율 : 동물성 휘핑크림 1잔 반 + 앵그리버드 초코우유 반 잔

● 기본적인 철판 아이스크림 만드는 방법 ●
① 철판 아이스크림 메이커를 뒤집어서 냉동실에 넣고 12~24시간 이상 굳힙니다.
② 철판 아이스크림 위에 토핑, 휘핑크림, 우유 등을 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다.
(지금처럼 더울 때는 제품이 빨리 녹으므로, 5분 안에 만드시는 걸 추천합니다)
③ 아이스크림을 얇게 깔아서 1~2분 동안 기다린 뒤, 주걱을 이용하여 동글동글 말아줍니다.
● 철판 아이스크림 Tip ●
① 휘핑크림은 식물성보단 동물성이 더 좋아요!
② 휘핑크림과 우유의 비율은 소주잔을 기준으로 1:0.5 또는 1:0.25로 해주세요!
(휘핑크림을 많이 넣을수록 롤이 될 가능성 up)
③ 철판 아이스크림 메이커를 사용한 뒤에는 반드시 냉매를 완전히 다 녹인 뒤에 다시 얼려야 다음에도 잘 만들어집니다!
(자연히 녹도록 기다리는 것보단 따뜻한 물에 담가 두시는 게 훨씬 더 좋습니다. 한 20분 정도..?)
④ 생과일같이 수분이 있는 음식을 토핑으로 사용할 경우에는 우유의 양을 줄여주시거나 휘핑크림의 양을 늘려주세요!
⑤ 아이스크림이 굳지 않는다면 냉매가 녹은 것이므로 일단 아이스크림을 얇게 깔아준 뒤, 냉동실에 제품을 넣고 10분 정도 굳힌 뒤에 롤을 시도해보세요!
⑤-① 그래도 롤이 안 된다면 아이스크림에 휘핑크림을 다시 붓고 반죽해서 얼린 뒤에 시도해보세요!

It tasted like a very soft and dark chocolate icecream.
It was delicious I liked it!

● How to make ice cream rolls ●
① Place ice cream roll maker up side down in the freezer for 12 to more than 24 hours to make it hard.
②Add toppings, whipping cream and milk on the ice cream base and mix them well.
(Since the weather is hot, I recommend you to eat the ice cream in 5 minutes)
③ Spread the ice cream on the slab and wait for 1 to 2 minutes. Use pastry scraper to roll it.
● Ice Cream Roll Tip ●
① It's better to use vegetable oil based whipping cream than animal oil based one!
② The ratio between whipping cream and chocolate milk is 1:0.5 or 1:0.25 based on Soju cup!
(The more you add whipping cream, the better it rolls)
③After you use ice cream roll maker, make sure you completely thaw the refrigerant in order to use it again!
(It's better to put it in the warm water than to leave it at room temperature. Maybe about 20 minutes?)
④If you are going to use fresh fruit juice as toppings, add more whipping cream or pour less milk!
⑤If the ice cream doesn't froze, it means that the refrigerant is warm so spread the ice cream on the slab and place it in freezer for about 10 minutes to freeze it. And then try to roll the ice cream again!
⑤-①You tried ⑤, but still doesn't work, then add whipping cream to ice cream again. Freeze it and try again!
